Team: The Spectres is the 'Husband' and Wife team of Mighty Jo Young and Riley Rouse, named such because of Riley's love of the video game Mass Effect and Jo's nonchalance about naming conventions. One of the few couple's tag teams who have made things last, they just click, working well together and were the first and longest reigning Empire Tag Team Champs, they'd like those belts back.

Riley's generally the more laid back one of his chosen family, appearing to be very easy going if weird. Their shier, but always ready with a crack of a strange and dry sense of humor. Riley's less likely to run around touching people, more likely to go around saying bizarre things that just wander through her brain at inappropriate times. A person of a lot of words that usually mean nothing who love's to tell stories and get off subject. Prone to randomly kicking people in the head if angry or excited. Very hard to anger, she tends to get flustered though rather than being unflappably cool. Enjoys messing with people's head and sense of what's normal.
