-FROM WELIKEUSSUMWRESTLINGNEWS.COM-
A hidden link has been found in the coding of the Empire Wrestling website ahead of the companies return and has been the talk of social media. When entered into a URL bar this link downloads a file titled 'NY.JoinMe.HACK.VR'. The presence of the term 'Hack' in the file made many wary to see what was in store for them. The bravest found that the file was in fact a very brief video made to be viewed on VR headsets which shows an individual in a black hoodie from behind standing in front of the US Capitol Building, holding a large black flag on a flagpole over his shoulder that is blowing in the wind.
Is this the work of some hacker group like Anonymous? Perhaps a prank by the Empire Wrestling web designers? Whatever it is we will keep you posted when more information becomes available.

UPDATE: Accessing the link within the past 24 hours leads to a new video, also made for virtual reality headsets. This video begins much like the first one but is in black and white. Static distorts the Capitol building backdrop and dissipates to show the figure standing in the middle of Times Square. After a few moments the figure is joined by countless other figures also in black hoodies. The lead figure hands his flag off to one of the other figures and seems to remove a mask (though as he is facing away we are unable to see their face) before the video seemingly abruptly cuts off. However, if the user of the headset physically turns around as the figure unmasks they are face to face with them, but underneath the mask all they see is static and feedback.
Further updates as events warrant.
