Richard has a weird body for wrestling not being an athlete at all, he is portly, he's average height for an American male his age but as a wrestler height wise he's a cruiserweight. He's 250 pounds, he's struggled with his weight since his teens. He relishes in using power moves against cruiserweights.
His one major ability in the ring is his durability and resiliency due to his rough start in the business Richard kicks out of offense that would finish off most opponents. Richard isn't invincible he feels pain extremely.

When I started out my life was made a living hell for having viral internet fame now every wrestler is on twitter and instagram.
I see the same veterans who made an example of me and gave me so much flak 13 years later are on twitter.
Superstar History:
Richard is one of 3 from an upper class Jewish family( on his father's side). He was very respectful of the wrestling business and wrestlers despite being smart-mark type of fan.
Not athletic at all what brought him to the ring was he was at a local indy show in 2006 at 13 yeears old where an undefeated heel challenged anyone from the crowd to face him, obviously trying to get heat not really expecting anyone to accept but Richard did. After being mocked a bit by the wrestler in the ring the match was made no DQ, as soon as the bell rung Richard won in a quick upset with a low blow front kick and a super kick. This was taped and went viral online pre social media boom making Richard hated by wrestlers. He has spent 13 years trying to earn respect of his peers and the fans.
It is very ironic that social media with Twitter and instagram is viewed as a must have for wrestlers nowadays when he was treated terribly , ribbed horribly for being a viral internet star.
PREVIOUS INJURIES -
one injury, in late 2011 he was quite improved in the ring and despite his fear of heights he attempted a suicide dive but he botched it and injured his neck suffering whip-lash.
Even though the injury was minor, lasting 3 weeks of recovery Richard was too traumatized to get back to wrestling, Richard stayed involved in the business working as a commentator for various promotions both play by play where he got to show off his nerdiness and color where he showed off personality, doing improv starting at 2010 hoping to get into stand up comedy he used his time as a color commentator to use a Borscht Belt belt-catskills comedian gimmick { he began doing stand up on July 15 2015). Richard returned in 2013 to competing in the ring again.
