Characteristics:

Zoey: The veteran and leader of the group, has been competing since 2011, longer than any other member of the group. Has developed a grittier side over the past few years, usually having a kendo stick at hand. She is the link between the Mathews and Mitchell wrestling families, and is the younger sister of Luke. Has won a few different Women's and Tag Team Championships. Neutral.

Caitlin: Competing since 2014, the second longest. Although traditionally heel, manages to get along or at least tolerate the other members. The basic white girl, always seen at Starbucks and wearing leggings and Uggs when not in the ring. Has a reputation of being a bitch most of the time and has no problem telling you how great she is. Has won a couple Women's Championships. Heel.

Bailey: The up-and-comer, competing since 2015. Has spent most of her career with EW. Has been known to be quirky and an aficionado of Minecraft and dinosaur-shaped chicken nuggets on pizza (which she claims to have invented). Despite being fun and bubbly, does take her in-ring work very seriously and has always been loved by the fans. Face.

Brighton: The protegee, competing since 2019. Although first signed to AXW, she didn’t have her first match until competing with EW. She’s a skate punk kid from Southern California and the lone southpaw of the group. Looking to use this opportunity to learn from the veterans in Zoey and Caitlin and help make her mark in the wrestling word. Neutral, but has leaned more toward face.


Attire:

During entrances, each member wears the following:

Neoprene mouth masks – Zoey’s has “ZOEY” written on it in a grungy pink font, Caitlin’s has “The Greatest Ever. Of All Time.” on it, Bailey’s has a pride flag on it, and Brighton’s has a grizzly bear and red star, reminiscent of the California state flag.

T-Shirts – All with some sort of The Grrrls branding on it. Zoey’s and Brighton’s are cut-offs. Some may sometimes wrestle in them (Zoey always will).

Each member wears an armband that says “The Grrrls”.

They do their best to match their own attire with a certain color scheme, which will vary from week to week.

Zoey wrestles in: Cut off t-shirt, tight jeans (black, gray, or blue), black boots, black knee pads over the jeans, black kickpads, black elbow pads, white or black wrist and hand tape. Black hooded vest and neoprene mask during entrance.

Caitlin wrestles in: Matching set of trunks, top, and kickpads, usually relatively plain in design and in cool colors (shades of blue, green, purple, sometimes black or a shade of gray). Black boots and knee pads under the kickpads. Black hand and wrist tape.

Bailey wrestles in: Matching set of top and long tights. Usually wears white boots. Knee pads are worn under the tights. May sometimes wear arm sleeves that match her gear, otherwise will have black elbow pads and minimal wrist tape.

Brighton wrestles in: Matching set of trunks, top, and kickpads that vary in design and color. Black knee pads and boots, both covered by the kickpads. Black wrist tape. Mouth guard.
