Biography: Caitlin was born in Miami, Florida, the youngest sibling with three older brothers. Her family relocated to Pinecrest when she was 6. Despite growing up with three older brothers, she's not that much of a tomboy, excluding, of course, for her love of professional wrestling. And South Park. Realizing she'll never be a South Park character, she opted for wrestling. She graduated high school in 2009, and went to a two-year college. She held a job at a grocery store since her junior year of high school, saving up as much as she could for wrestling training. It took a few years, until Luke Mathews came to Miami in 2013 with Alternative Xperience Wrestling. In very unorthodox tradition, Luke Mathews held auditions for a backstage interviewer prior to the opening of AXW, to be trained by him and Craig Brooks, who was the AXW Interviewer for the very beginning of AXW. Caitlin caught Luke's eye, being pretty young, attractive, as well as having good knowledge of wrestling and being a surprisingly good talker. Caitlin left her previous job at the grocery store and became employed by AXW. Getting further training by Luke and Craig Brooks, she revealed to Luke that the ultimate goal was to be a wrestler. Luke took her under his wing, and started to train her. Other members would also help train her, mostly Luke, Benji, and Trent since they were all working for AXW, but also occasionally by Zoey Mathews and Malcolm M. Mitchell. After the fall of AXW, she continued training with the Mathews' until she signed with AllStar Wrestling in early 2014.

She spent a short time in ASW until it went out of business, and rejoined AXW. It was here where the Caitlin Shay we all love to hate really took off. The Starbucks obsessed, self-interviewing, stuck up white girl took AXW by storm, where she would end up becoming, as she likes to call it, "The Greatest AXW Women's Champion Ever. Of All Time." She would later leave AXW to pursue other markets, joining BWF briefly, before going to EWS under its CHAMP Wrestling branch where she won the Siren's Championship. After being unusually quiet in the wrestling world, she makes her return to Empire Wrestling.

Entrance Theme: "Snake Charmer" by Blink-182

Entrance Description: "Snake Charmer" hits as a strobe light show begins. A little bit of smoke pours over the stage. A little after 30 seconds, when the snare roll comes in, is when Caitlin Shay emerges from the back. She stops on the stage, and looks around the crowd, sneering, unhappy about having to be in [location]. She makes her way down to the ring, where she climbs onto the apron. She takes a moment to talk down to the crowd before entering the ring. She walks to the opposite ropes, with her arms spread, and a smile on her face as if to say, "I'm better than you." The music fades out as we await for the match to start.
