EMPIRE WRESTLING STAFF
The voice of Empire Wrestling. Scott Parker has worked for the production company that produces Empire Wrestling since 2009. Graduating from Syracuse University with a major in broadcasting and journalism in 1988, Scott has always loved television. Working at a tv news station outside of Syracuse got his foot int he door and he slowly became more hands on with TV production. Like most stories go, Scott went to a small independent wrestling show in the late 90s and fell in love. He used his connections in television to get his foot in the door with a wrestling company, True Glory Wrestling, in 2009. He would start out helping them with production and eventually became an on-screen play by play commentator and the rest is history. When Empire Wrestling started in 2015, he was actually one of the first people employed. Ever since he's been a staple to the company and has been able to work with anyone paired with him. Scott will call the action as he sees it and isn't afraid to call out a wrestler for their actions.
Gemma Foster began working for Empire Wrestling during Era I as she called her first show during Animosity #5. She was brought in as a replacement for the current "color" commentator and has remained at the booth ever since. Gemma grew up in New York City and even trained briefly at the original Empire Wrestling Academy. She brings a socialite vibe to the booth as she's always talking with talent backstage before the show, trying to get small scoops for the broadcast.
In September of 2018, a few months after the kickoff of Era II, the management wanted to have a face to make special announcements without having to be featured themselves. They brought in Sara Logan to act as a "liaison" between the roster and the powers that be. While it's not believed that Miss Logan has any actual power, she has been known to book a match or two. She has seemed to be given some permissions by the leaders and trusted with what she decides. She's a fairly reserved person and isn't seen backstage unless she's needed, however, she's at every show and has her ear to the ground. Miss Logan spent time in San Diego growing up and outside of that, not much is known.
Kevin Olsen is a graduate of Ohio University and, much like Scott Parker, has a major in journalism. Kevin has always been available for anyone backstage that wants to give him the time of day and understands the dangers of working in a professional wrestling company. He's seen his share of bumps backstage but has always been tough enough to get back up as he loves what he does. Working with Empire Wrestling since day 1, he's always become a defacto host of #Afterparty (what was Aftershock).
Kim Roberts is a recent employee in the Empire Wrestling family. She's taken over the ring announcing duties from long time EW employee, Todd Evans. She's new to the wrestling community and still "marks out" at times over what her job is.
Empire Wrestling has a trio of "main referees" that handle the majority of the matches. EW also uses wrestlers training in the Empire Wrestling school at times if a referee is needed on the fly. However, these are the three you'll see on a weekly basis.
