Tainted Twilight - October 31, 2020
Scott Parker: Welcome to Empire Wrestling’s first ever Tainted Twilight! This event has come to us with the partnership with the BWF and tonight it’s spooky season! We’ll have the very first Halloween Mayhew Match which is a 20 person over the top rope battle royal.
Gemma Foster: That should be a lot of fun, Scott, but tonight we’ll also see all of the championships on the line. Each champion has a tough challenge ahead of them.
Scott Parker: None more so than our main event tonight. FM Young will look to defend the World Title against Benjamin Macbeth inside a steel cage match. Before we get there, let’s kick the night off with tag team action!
The four teams were all in the ring and we were going to start with Hawkins and Junji in the ring.
Scott Parker: The first team with a pinfall or a submission will be walking out of here with the tag team belts!
Junji and Hawkins circled each other and Hawkins locked up with Junji and pulled him into a headlock. Junji slipped away and caught Hawkins with an uppercut. Hawkins looked to charge at Junji but ran into an atomic drop. Junji looked for a step up enziguri but Hawkins ducked it. Hawkins grabbed Junji from behind and delivered a German suplex. Junji started to stand and Hawkins looked for a spear but ran into a lifting kick. Hawkins stumbled backwards and Cherry tagged himself in. Cherry and Junji met in the middle of the ring and went blow for blow.
Gemma Foster: Midnight Special and the Kingsmen do NOT like each other.
Cherry eventually got control of the match as he hit Junji with the Baba Yaga Bullet (Running Flying Reverse Elbow to the Face). Cherry went for a cover but Fixit was right into the ring to break it up and went back to his corner. Cherry made a tag to Carbine and the two hit Junji with a double suplex. Junji staggered up to his feet and Midnight Special delivered the Ultimate X-Plex (Carbine hits an X-Plex and Cherry catches them with a Back Stabber on the way down.). Carbine tried to lock in a Boston Crab on Junji. Junji tried to crawl to the ropes. Angel Kash reached in and tagged herself in off the back of Carbine.
Scott Parker: Kash just stopped Carbine’s chances of forcing a submission by tagging herself in.
Kash jumped in and stomped on Junji as Carbine climbed out of the ring. Kash and Page tagged in and out and started to work over Junji.
Scott Parker: Junji is needing to make a tag here as he’s been worn down.
Kash hit Junji with a running bulldog and Page came off the second rope with a leg drop. Page looked for a cover but Junji kicked out at two. Page started to pull him up to his feet and Junji jumped up and took her down with a headscissors. Junji rolled to the closest corner and tagged in Dokueki. Dokueki jumped into the ring and started to attack Page with a flurry of strikes.
Gemma Foster: And there’s bad blood between Social Elite and the Steel Dragons.
Dokueki connected with a discus lariat and then a leaping knee drop on a downed Page. Page got to her feet and made a tag to Kash who climbed into the ring and was immediately kicked in the gut and hit with a suplex. Dokueki tagged out to Hawkins. Hawkins delivered the Glam Slam (Michonoku Driver II) on Kash and covered but it was broken up by EVERYONE. All four teams started to brawl in the middle of the ring.
Scott Parker: This match is breaking down!
Cherry came off the top and took out most of the ring with Citizen Kane (Kane’s Top Rope Lariat). He was fired up and Page came off the top rope and took him out with a crossbody. Kash was looking for her partner but Page was hit with a clawslam from Dokueki and then rolled out of the ring. The ring started to empty and Kash fell into a corner and Fixit tagged himself in. Fixit climbed inside and hit Kash with Royal Guard Bomb (Sitout Chokebomb). Hawkins climbed onto Kash, not having seen the tag, and was pulled up. Fixit rocked him with the Fixed (Haymaker) and he dropped to the mat. Fixit tagged out to Junji and came off the top with Kyoto Rising (Imploding 450 Splash). Junji covered and picked up the victory!
Gemma Foster: The Kingsmen do it once again.
Scott Parker: The distraction of everything going on made that ending happen fast. I don’t know if Griffin saw that Kash had tagged out so he went for her, seeing her downed.
The Kingsmen were up the ramp and held their titles in the air as Junji took a knee with Fixit behind him.
Ginger Mandalorian
A female Mandalorian steps into view before a dark grey brick wall. She's wearing scarred and heavily worn black and purple armor, a DL-44 Blaster in her right hand. Giving the weapon a twirl, she slides it into a holster on her hip, then removes her helmet to reveal that it is, in fact, Molly Hatchet beneath that rather well made and elaborate costume. She slips the helmet under her arm as she addresses the camera.
Molly: Sorry, I've no baby Yoda to complete the look as this armor took me quite a bit of time to complete between all the training I've done to fight one of the most dangerous competitors in all of Empire Wrestling, yeah. Tia Santos likes to talk about claiming and sending souls to the hereafter, as if she were some kind of ferrywoman, piloting her gondola down the River Styx. The Saint of Assassins she says she is, but honestly, St. Julian the Hospitaler, she is not. For everyone she's said she's 'sacrificed' all of them are still standing without a step lost. Defeat did not discourage them but encouraged them. You think you're bloody special because ye've a cool name and gimmick. Nothing more.
She steps forward, arms crossed over her armored chest, a smirk playing on those freckled lips.
Molly:I've faced and won against stronger and more fearsome men and women than you, dearie. I've had years in this sport, fighting from the tender age of 16 to 25 and I haven't slowed down one bit. You've got this fearsome reputation, but no capacity for respect in the slightest. When we began our exchange? I paid you respect for your accomplishment in the ring and that very same reputation you've earned, but in a few short tweets, you pissed all over it and in turn, fawked me off so royally that I'll accept nothing less than your utter fawkin' surrender at my hands!
Molly hocks and spits a loogie with enough velocity that you can hear it splat on the concrete floor beneath her feet. There's contempt written on her face as she looks back at the camera.
Molly:Ye've been champion long enough, yer words proved it to me on twitter earlier today. You can't be a professional, you're incapable of paying respect of any kind and want to bury me because of shite that happened in a company not affiliated with our brand. Months of respect I had built for you, destroyed in an instant. Now, I just want to rip that belt off of that fucking waste of a waist and send you packing back to your old company. You brought the past up, a past you truly don't have a fucking clue about and only want to bury me with. It has not a fucking thing to do with Empire Wrestling and only diminishes you because in the end? That's all you have to hit me with.
She starts to walk off, only to stop and look back at the camera.
Molly: Ya' know, it wouldnae' be so bad if people would just do business tha' right way, yeah? I try hard, but sometimes I fall a bit short on that front. Still though, leave the past buried beneath many layers of dirt made from what ye've done right yeah. I came to Empire Wrestling because I wanted a fresh start, not ta' have me past brought up. I know I fawked up. I'm tha' first one to admit it too, but I keep movin' on where others would disappear forever more, never to be seen or heard from again. I keep going because I don't want ta' go out like a weak betch, yeah. People sayin' I tucked tail between me legs and ran when the truth of the matter is far more complicated than that. There's things that go on behind closed doors that have more bearing on what's goin' on that what outside appearances claim and I won't say much more on that.
Molly turns to face the camera, head tilted forward and gaze intensifying as she now glares into the lens.
Molly: Tonight, I beat my past and I show the world that I'm not only better than Tia Santos, but I'm better than anyone has ever thought I am. I'm not just a pretty face hiding a litany of bad decisions and a mixed bag past. I'm the best bloody wrestler in this company period. I've learned from, trained with, and have fought the best around the bloody world and it's about time I act like it, yeah! TIA SANTOS! THIS IS THE FIRST TIME, THE LAST TIME, AND THE ONLY TIME WE'LL EVER MEET AND I WILL BE LEAVING WITH THAT EXTREME CHAMPIONSHIP! I'm not backing down, but slaying the beast of my past and present all at the same time and I WILL NOT BE DENIED.... nor will I keep living in fear of history. No, bitch. I'm smoking yer arse and stomping ye out when I'm done.
The Ginger Mandalorian takes in a deep breath as she slips that helmet back on.
Molly: The past be behind us, the present at our feet, and the future in front of us. Walk forward, don't look back, and mind where you're stepping. There's a reason why the past is always behind and that's where I'm leaving you after tonight, Tia Santos.
She then turns and steps off camera.
Charm
Backstage, cameras fade up to a closeup of Noavrra’s face. Her eyes are closed, and the shot pulls back to show her sitting in the middle of ner normal room, cross legged and alone. Her typical setup remains, but she chooses the floor.
A knowing smile crosses her lips, and her eyes smile along with them.
Noavrra: You escaped me one, Alicia. It was ‘shame on me’. I made a mistake. I didn’t think about my own shoulders on the mat after I felt the shockwaves from the ref’s hand. I learned about my mistake too late. But I’ve been given a second chance. As I understand it, those don’t along all that often in wrestling. You might even consider this my third opportunity, counting the inaugural match. And you know what they say about third times, don’t you Alicia?
She gives off a showy grin.
Noavrra: And surprise, I plan to make the very most of this opportunity. I’m shutting out all the other distractions. I’m not worried about anyone else who thinks that the championship that we are about to wage war over belongs to them. I’m not worried about the fact that I’ve never been a champion. I am only concerned about one thing and one thing only.
She lets out a dreamy sigh.
Noavrra: That is enduring all the delicious pain you want to use to beat me, and then I’m going to sit on your face and grind your head into the mat until you can no longer answer the referee.
She keeps her eyes closed.
Noavrra: I am dreaming of knocking you out, Alicia. It obviously isn’t personal. I may sound like a broken record...but it’s true that my aim is to do whatever it takes to leave Tainted Twilight as the NEW National champion.
She takes in slow, measured breaths.
Noavrra: I want to use that championship to make a name for myself. I want that championship to push myself to become stronger. I want that championship to be better. I want to take everything this roster has to offer and turn them away week after week. I don’t just want to be the National champion, I want to be the best one to hold that championship.
Her head slowly leans to the left, then slowly to the right.
Noavrra: But I am patient. I am calm. I will not let the nerves get to me. I won’t let this high profile match get to me. I have a path, and I am going to walk it faithfully. Saraswati will reward her loyal elephant and adorn her in gold.
Noavrra places hands gently into her lap.
Noavrra: Alicia, give me everything you’ve got. Bruise my skin. Make me bleed. Hurt me. I welcome your abuse. Because it is the price I am willing to pay to take that championship from you. And I won’t let you, or anyone stop me this time.
Noavrra takes in a deep breath, and holds it. Her eyes flutter, and after a solid amount of time, she exhales.
Noavrra: Hold dear your last few moments as National champion, Alicia. Because tonight? I am going to trample you to take it. The sooner you can accept that, the sooner you will take that necessary step to get closer…
Her eyelids flutter, then open. Her gaze is warm and inviting.
Noavrra: To shanti.
She lets her eyes close again, and waits there on the floor. The haze begins to overwhelm, and so the camera retreats and fades out.

Dia De Los Muertos
We open to show the outskirts of a small Mexican village at sunset. The sounds of celebration carry in the air. Opposite the village is the local cemetery. The nearest graves can be seen to be covered with flowers, pictures, and trinkets both bought and homemade. A few people can be seen walking from the cemetery back towards the village to join the celebration and festivities.
In a field between the cemetery and village a lone figure stands out. The figure, which can be presumed to be a woman due to her long black dress, sways back and forth. Her movements are not quite in step with the music coming from the village. At times she seems to be moving without rhyme or reason, then others she seems to be dancing with someone, or something, that no one can see.
Her dancing brings her closer to the camera with each movement. Once she is close enough it is noticeable that her face is covered with calavera makeup. Her eyes are closed and she moves to and fro to a cadence all her own. When she speaks, her words flow forth in Spanish with subtitles appearing at the bottom of the screen.
Tia Santos: Can you hear them?
She says softly, dancing in a circle; her black dress flowing out around her as she spins. Wind whips up from the ground, seeming to float in between the graves, creating a low cloud of fog and leaves around Santos’s feet.
Tia Santos: At last, we are here. The Day of the Dead is upon us and the spirits have come to celebrate. Can you hear them? The music. The laughter. The whispers on the wind.
Well, there’s definitely music and laughter. Definitely voices. It seems doubtful that Tia is talking about the sounds of the village in the distance, just a warm glow in the background as far as the camera is concerned. The faintest traces of revelry create a sort of low din in the atmosphere, as Tia takes a deep breath of cool night air and stares into the middle distance.
Tia Santos: Today of all day’s is the day that the spirits speak their loudest and clearest for all the human world to hear. Bringing tidings, and blessings, and even for some dire warnings. They warn you, Molly Hatchet, that you are out of your element. You merely dabble in what has become my kingdom. To stand against the Saint of Killers is a fool’s errand, in and of itself.
Tia twirls again but before she speaks, she seems distracted for a moment by something. Her eyes focus on something that isn’t there to the naked eye and she smiles; holding out her hand and beginning to dance in a circle. It’s almost as if someone or something is holding her hand and dancing with her. She twirls inward, towards absolutely nothing that we can see but when she stops, one foot lifts off the ground and she dips back. Is she going to fall?! No. Somehow, whether through sheer balance or something else, she comes back up and twirls again. She offers an elegant curtsy and a bow of her head before going back to her solo session.
Tia Santos: Angels have fallen. Demons have descended. The holy father and the lord of darkness themselves quiver in the presence of such a force. Yet here you are. Brave little mortal. You have survived so much, you feel as though you are invincible. You feel as though nothing nor no one can ever truly stop you. The Saint, however, is not nothing, you see. The Saint is not no one. I am everyone and everything, Molly Hatchet, that you have ever been afraid of. I know your weaknesses. I know your flaws. I know your deepest, darkest secrets that you keep locked away for fear that people will see you for who you truly are. What you truly are.
Tia pauses, twirling again before raising her hands, arms outstretched above her head as she sways her hips back and forth to an unheard rhythm. It’s sensual and downright seductive the way she moves. Again, her attention is off the camera and on something only she can see; the mysterious woman keeps her eyes trained over her shoulder like she’s got her back to someone. A moment later, she turns with her back to the camera and dances her way towards whatever she’s seeing. She continues to dance in a circle as her arm lifts and she twirls in another circle. She lets out a joyful laugh as she steps outward then steps back in with another twist, as if some invisible force is controlling her by her extended hand. Tia’s definitely enjoying herself. That much is clear. What isn’t clear is, is the woman showing that she’s actually out of her mind or...is something actually there? We may never know, as she does a dancer’s twirl back towards the camera.
Tia Santos: What are you, Molly Hatchet? That is the question. Are you a fighter? Yes, there is no denying that you are. You throw yourself at anyone and any situation because you crave violence. It is in your blood, is it not? But you are greedy, Senorita O’Hatherine. You hunger for so much violence that it has taken a negative effect on you. You are a warrior but far from revered. You have grown so insecure of yourself that you have garnered a reputation for running from companies that open a window of opportunity. You flee before you are able to truly accomplish anything memorable. Your most noteworthy accomplishments have all involved the one of whom calls herself The Terminator. Unfortunately for you, even she wants nothing more to do with you. She made that much clear when she literally almost killed you in your last encounter. However, she failed to do even that. Resilience on her part? No, I believe Senorita Von Rossbach had a moment of mercy; a moment of pity on you. She showed a moment of weakness and, congratulations, you were able to capitalize but at what cost?
Tia twirls, dips and shimmies in an entrancing way that makes it impossible to even take one’s eyes off of her. She starts to dance circles around the camera man, causing the camera’s perspective to turn, keeping her in the shot.
Tia Santos: You have bested her who calls herself the Most Dangerous Woman Alive in a bloody war yet you have done nothing with such an accomplishment. Instead, you have returned to the complaints. You complain about standing across opponents that should be looked at as worthy challenges. Your latest being Marilyn Lee Cross. A walking mess such as yourself, Molly, should feel honored to receive such an opportunity. After all, again, you were victorious and now here we are. You find yourself against perhaps your greatest challenge since setting foot in the Empire. Will you achieve what has proven impossible for the others? Can you vanquish that which cannot be vanquished? Kill what cannot be killed? Claim the Extreme Championship? Only one other has bested me. Ever. Perhaps that is it. Perhaps you wish to find good favor with the lover of whom you were once so cruel to. The one that you still yearn for. See you are a fighter, but for sure not a lover. After all, where is Senorita Addams? It seems she has left you in the dust like every other lover you have clung to. Perhaps she was smart and saw the signs. Or perhaps she suffered at your hand just as your other lover did.
Tia smiles behind her makeup; a devious, mischievous little smile. Where does she even learn these things?! She steps away from the camera man and stops circling; Tia saunters backwards, away from the camera, putting herself fully back in the frame again.
Tia Santos: Those are just a few of your many sins, Molly Hatchet. Wrath. Lust. Envy. For those, among others, the gods have demanded your soul be brought to the otherside. It is I who has been tasked with carrying out this order. On this night where the souls of the dead may celebrate with their loved ones on the plane of the living, we dance. We smile. We laugh. We rejoice for our reunions!
Tia stretches her arms out and above her again, casting her gaze towards the night sky. Still, she never stops dancing. Even if it’s just a little sway of her hips or a shuffle of her feet in the orange clay beneath her feet. When she drops her arms back out beside her, she snaps her head down towards the camera again. She’s worked up a layer of sweat on her face and neck yet still her makeup shows no hints of running.
Tia Santos: Before the night is over, Molly, you will join us. You will join them. I, the Saint of Killers, will see to it that the desire of the gods is met, and when the celebration is over, you will join those who have long past in the realm of the dead….
The scene begins to fade to black, leaving - just for a moment - the visage of Tia’s painted face, staring into the camera before that, too, vanishes into the darkness.
Up next was the highly anticipated National Title match as Noavrra stepped out for the match first. The fans cheered her on as she moved around the stage before heading down to the ring. There were some cheers as the National Champion, Alicia Monroe, came out next. Monroe looked down at the title around her waist before heading down to the ring. She climbed inside and held the title high. The match was introduced and the bell rang to get things started. The two started to circle each other and locked up and tried to push each other. Monroe tried to whip Noavrra into the ropes but she planted her feet and stood in place. Noavrra pulled Monroe in and slammed her to the mat with a belly to belly slam. Noavrra tried to lock Monroe into her Sensual Embrace (Code of silence aka leg choke submission) but Monroe was able to slip away. Monroe looked for a stomp on the leg but Noavrra was able to pull away. They locked back up and Monroe hit her with a forearm to the face. Monroe hit a lariat and then ran the ropes and caught her with a dropkick to the leg that dropped Noavrra to the mat. Monroe ran the ropes again and hit a sliding forearm to the face and covered for one. Noavrra rolled to her feet and Monroe charged. Monroe was flipped inside out with a hard clothesline. Monroe rolled to her feet and looked for a crossbody but was caught in the air. Noavrra walked Monroe around the ring and hit a fallaway slam.
Gemma Foster: Noavrra showing off her power!
Monroe rolled to her feet and fell backwards into the corner. Noavrra charged and delivered the Stampede (3 repeated running Meteora knee strikes to a cornered opponent). Monroe stumbled forward out of the corner and fell face first to the mat. Noavrra rolled her over for a cover and hooked a leg and got two before Monroe was able to kick out. Noavrra took a few moments to move around the ring before starting to pull Monroe up. Monroe blasted her with a hard forearm to the face. Monroe sent Noavrra into the corner and met her with a lifting knee to the face. Monroe grabbed Noavrra and hit Freebird (Running Bulldog). Monroe scurried to the corner and climbed as quickly as she could and dove, hitting the Phoenix Dive (Swanton Bomb). Monroe turned and dove back onto Noavrra and covered to get two.
Scott Parker: So close!
Monroe quickly thought and grabbed the leg of Noavrra and started to wildly stomp on her knee. Noavrra tried to get away before Monroe grabbed her and locked in the Tangled Web (Reverse Indian Deathlock).
Gemma Foster: Tangled Web in the middle of the ring!
Noavrra refused to tap as the referee checked on her. She started to slowly pull herself over to the ropes and was able to reach out and grab it, using her first rope break. Monroe quickly pulled her back to the center of the ring and locked in a figure four!
Scott Parker: Going right back to the legs!
Monroe sat up and punched the knee of Noavrra. Noavrra struggled her way over and was able to grab the ropes for a second rope break. Monroe tried to pull Noavrra to the middle of the ring again but Noavrra held onto the ropes and rolled out of the ring. Monroe went chasing after her and the referee started the twenty count. The two threw punches around the ring and Monroe kicked the leg of Noavrra and she rolled back into the ring. Monroe started to climb up to the top rope and readied herself. She looked for a crossbody and connected but Noavrra used the momentum to roll through and covered for just one. They both got to their feet and Monroe looked for a running lariat but Noavrra ducked it and delivered a big German suplex. Monroe climbed up to her feet and was hit with an overhead belly to belly suplex! Monroe got up and Noavrra hit another German suplex.
Gemma Foster: Yeet Machine, Go!
Monroe got to her feet, dazed, and was lifted up and stacked up with a pinning powerbomb. Noavrra got two before Monroe kicked out and Noavrra rolled her into the Boston Crab.
Scott Parker: The Mastodon Special!
Monroe started to crawl her way to the ropes as Noavrra sat back. Monroe reached and Noavrra stepped off and dropped a knee onto the back of Monroe. Noavrra locked her legs around Monroe’s head for the Sensual Embrace. Monroe refused to tap and couldn’t reach the ropes. The referee started to check on Monroe and the referee called for the match as she passed out!
Gemma Foster: Noavrra is the new National Champion! She just made Alicia Monroe pass out!
Noavrra was shocked as her name was announced the winner and was handed the title. She held it close and then threw it up in the air. Monroe started to come to as she rolled out of the ring. Noavrra moved around the ring and jumped up to the middle turnbuckle and held the title above her head with both hands.
Bagpipes filled the Warehouse and the fans gave Molly Hatchet a cheer as she stepped out onto the stage with a Mandalorian helmet on. She pulled it off and flipped her hair back as she jogged around the stage. She moved down the ramp to the ring and immediately looked under the ring and pulled out three chairs and slid them into the ring. She then pulled out a kendo stick as she rolled into the ring as the fans cheered as the Extreme Champion hit the stage. Tia Santos wore black and white face paint and held up the Extreme Title.
Gemma Foster: Tia going all out for Day of the Dead. She’s channeling all the spirits tonight and she’ll need them against Molly.
Santos pulled a bag out from under the ring and tossed it into the corner before getting inside. The match was announced and the bell rang. Tia and Molly met in the middle of the ring and started to jaw at each other. Molly put her hand in the face of Tia and Tia pushed her. Hatchet caught Santos with a headbutt. Santos speared Hatchet into the corner and started to unload lefts and rights. Hatchet fought back with a knee to the face and pushed Santos away. Hatchet stepped up with an enziguri and flipped Santos. Hatchet hit the ropes and looked for a senton but Santos rolled away and got to her feet. Both Hatchet and Santos were up and Hatchet looked for a tornado DDT but Santos planted her feet and was ready to counter into a suplex. Hatchet countered back into a guillotine choke in the middle of the ring.
Scott Parker: Molly is trying to choke out Tia!
Santos landed punches to the side of Hatchet before countering into a suplex. They were both slow to their feet and Santos jumped up and took Hatchet down with a headscissors. They rolled to their feet and Santos ducked under a clothesline and dropped Hatchet to the mat with a neckbreaker. Santos pulled Hatchet up and tossed her over the top rope to the floor. Santos climbed to the top rope and readied herself. Hatchet got to her feet and Santos dove with the Muerta Caída ([Dead Drop] Basically just a Torpedo Plancha). Santos slowly pulled Hatchet to her feet and rolled her back into the ring and climbed inside and covered for just two as Hatchet kicked out. Hatchet powered to her feet and had to side step a back elbow. Hatchet countered into a Russian leg sweep and rolled her to feet. Hatchet started to pull Santos up and delivered a Ginger Snap (German Suplex). Hatchet quickly pulled Santos back up and hit another Ginger Snap. Hatchet opened the chair and Santos started to get to her feet. Santos looked for a hurricanrana but Hatchet flipped her backwards and Santos backflipped onto her feet. Santos looked for a clothesline but Hatchet ducked and delivered a Ginger Snap onto the open chair!
Gemma Foster: Tia just crashed into that chair!
Hatchet rolled Santos over and covered, getting two before Santos kicked out. Hatchet covered again and got another two. Hatchet looked over at the referee and stood as she pulled Santos up. Santos was sent into the corner. Hatchet charged and hit her with a Splash of Ginger (Stinger Splash in the corner). Hatchet started to climb to the top rope and looked for the Molly Bomber (Diving Cannonball Swanton Bomb) but Santos rolled out of the way. Santos grabbed the kendo stick and cracked it over the head of Hatchet as she stood up. Hatchet dropped to a knee and Santos used the kendo stick to help deliver a Russian leg sweep. Santos hit a lionsault off the middle rope and covered, getting two.
Scott Parker: These two are just tearing into each other.
Santos started to pull Hatchet up to her feet but Hatchet pushed her away. Hatchet used the opening to deliver the Whiskey Bomb (Superwoman Punch)! Santos was staggered and Hatchet looked for her Hatchet Job (Falcon Arrow Face-Buster) but Santos countered with a roll-up for barely two. They both got to their feet and Hatchet looked for a big roundhouse kick that made Santos duck into a spider walk! Santos delivered her Danze de la Araña ([Dance of the Spider]
Tia performs the spider walk to throw off her opponent. She then thrust her body up and strikes them with a handstand pele like kick to the head. She immediately follows up with a mule kick and rolls forward. As the opponent falls back on their butt, Tia comes running in with a basement dropkick). Hatchet went face first into the mat on her way down and crawled to her knees. Santos was up and moved one of the chairs near Hatchet. Santos hit the ropes and came back with a flipping blockbuster onto the chair! Santos covered and put her fingers in the air to count along and Hatchet kicked out at two to the shock of many.
Gemma Foster: Molly Hatchet with a huge kick out!
Santos grabbed the back in the corner and started to dump out hundreds of thumb tacks on one side of the ring.
Scott Parker: Tia Santos is ready to inflict pain on her opponent.
Santos pulled Hatchet the rest of the way up to her feet and pulled her close to the tacks. Santos looked for a suplex but Hatchet blocked it with a knee to the gut. Hatchet lifted Santos up and dropped her onto the tacks with the Hatchet Job (Falcon Arrow Face-Buster)! Santos rolled away in pain as she had tacks on her chest, arms, a couple on her forehead. Hatchet rolled Santos up with an Oklahoma roll and as close to a three count as you could get before Santos kicked out.
Gemma Foster: Molly is this close but Tia just won’t go down.
Santos pulled the tacks off her head as Hatchet started to climb to the top rope. Santos grabbed the kendo stick and cracked it across the back of Hatchet and she came back down to the mat. Santos put Hatchet in a full nelson with the kendo stick pressed up against her neck.
Scott Parker: I’ve never seen anything like this! Molly is still refusing to give up!
Santos dropped the stick and spun her opponent around. She set her up and delivered the Beso de Muerte ([Kiss of Death] Tia wraps an arm around the opponent’s neck and bends them back (think Bray Wyatt’s Sister Abigail). She places a kiss on the forehead of her opponent before transitioning her arm around the back of their neck and performs a Dream DDT.) right onto a chair! Santos rolled into a cover and picked up a pinfall to retain her title.
Santos was handed the Extreme Title as she fell backwards and sat against the ropes, removing the rest of the tacks and she rolled out of the ring. Hatchet was checked on as she started to come to, Santos holding the title up on the ramp.
Gemma Foster: Yet another big win for Tia Santos as she takes out another competitor.
Little Dove
The scene opens in a dark room, a single light shining on a wooden chair. Someone is seated in the chair, tied up, and a bag over their head. The camera zooms in a bit as it becomes evident that someone is standing beside it trying to adjust it. They step into frame and it’s the woman that kidnapped Lacy Nelson. She smiles and tilts her head as she looks at the camera. She grabs a bucket nearby and dumps what appears to just be water onto the head of Nelson as she jerks alert and starts to scream.
Manic: Shhhh. It’s okay, little dove. You’ve been broken but we are going to fix you. You will fly high once again. It’s just a matter of time, my love.
Lacy slowly stops screaming as she shivers.
Manic: She broke you. We will fix you.
Manic turns back to the camera and snatches it with a twisted look on her face as the feed cuts and we go ringside to Parker and Foster.
Gemma Foster: Scott, what in the hell was that.
Scott Parker: Whoever that woman is, Manic, someone needs to find her and get Lacy Nelson out of there.
The next match was set to start as Cross came out to the ring first with a solid cheer from the fans.
Gemma Foster: Marilyn Lee Cross came SO close to defeating Daniel Daemon last month and she’s had a couple solid wins since there so she is being given another chance here tonight.
Cross looked around the Warehouse as she made her way down and climbed into the ring. The mood quickly changed as ‘Square Hammer’ by Ghost started to play and out walked the Primetime Champion. Daemon carried the title over his shoulder as she stood on the stage, the red lights filling the Warehouse. He moved down and slowly climbed inside. He handed the title off after the match was announced and the bell sounded. Cross moved around Daemon and tried to keep her distance so he couldn’t use his power. She landed a quick kick to the knee and backed up. He brushed it off and just stood in one place. Cross hit the ropes and looked for a jumping forearm and he swatted her to the side. She planted her feet and looked for the Hand of God (Spinning Backfist) and he caught it. He spun her around and flipped her to the mat with a scoop slam. He looked for a leg drop but Cross moved out of the way. She caught him with a kick to the chest and then the back. She hit the ropes and came back with her Mary Go Round (Discus Big Boot) and he went backwards. She covered and Daemon kicked out at one.
Scott Parker: Cross is trying to use her speed but it’s going to take more than that to take down the Emperor.
Daemon powered up to his feet and he caught Cross who was looking for a crossbody. Daemon slammed her to the mat and quickly pulled her up. He hit a big chop to the throat and then lifted her up before hitting the Ritual Disembowelment II (Gorilla Press Gutbuster)! Daemon smirked as he crawled onto Cross with a cover and got two before she kicked out. Daemon slowly pulled Cross up to her feet and put his hand over her throat. He lifted her for a chokeslam and she was able to spin away. Daemon turned and Cross hit him with a dropkick to the knee. He staggered around and she hit another dropkick to the knee that brought him to one knee. Cross rolled forward and hit the ropes before coming back with Knee Harvey Oswald (Running Knee to the side of an opponent's head). Cross covered and got two!
Gemma Foster: So close! Daemon looks shook!
Daemon sat up and blinked a few times before shaking off the knee. Cross looked for it again and he was able to block it. Daemon stood and Cross hit the ropes again but ran into a big boot. Cross rolled to her feet and Daemon hit a big chokeslam! Daemon moved around the ring and grabbed Cross by the hair before pulling her up to her feet. He hit the ropes and looked for the Inquisition (POWERFUL running lariat) but Cross ducked it. Cross looked for her John Wilkes Boot (Running Yakuza Kick to the back of the head) but Daemon had it scouted and moved out of the way. He grabbed Cross again and looked for another chokeslam but Cross countered into a roll-up and got a shocking pinfall!
Gemma Foster: OH MY GOD!
Cross and Daemon both popped up to their feet in shock as everyone cheered. Cross was handed the Primetime Title and she looked around the Warehouse as the referee talked to Daemon.
Scott Parker: Look out, Marilyn!
Cross was celebrating in the corner before she was jumped from behind by Junji and Mr. Fixit. Fixit had pulled her down and drove her to the mat with the Royal Guard Bomb (Sitout Chokebomb). Junji came off the top rope with his Kyoto Rising (Imploding 450 Splash). Daemon stood on in the corner, watching.
Gemma Foster: This is uncalled for!
Fixit started to pull Cross to her feet and Daemon interjected and told them that it was done. Junji raised his fist and Daemon grabbed his shoulder and shook his head.
Scott Parker: Daniel Daemon telling his guards that Cross has had enough.
The trio go to leave and Junji walks back over to Cross, ready to strike, and Daemon once again stops him. Ordering him out of the ring. They all start to leave as Cross starts to sit up and holds the title in her arms. They get to the top of the ramp and the Kingsmen allow Daemon to walk in front of them. They nod to each other and they grab Daemon and send him face first into the stage!
Gemma Foster: Wait a minute!
Daemon’s head breaks one of the lights on the stage as he stumbles backwards and falls to a knee. Junji charges and hits Daemon with the Deceptive Sorcerer (Junji sets up for a Shining Wizard but hops over the opponent right before hitting them and nails a back kick to the back of their head).
Scott Parker: The Kingsmen are attacking their Emperor!
Fixit walked to the back and returned with a chair before connecting with a hard shot to the head of Daemon as he tried to stand. Junji had a chair of his own and Daemon slowly started to sit up. The Kingsmen swung their chairs and smashed Daemon’s head like a sandwich.
Gemma Foster: Daemon is out cold.
Fixit pulled Daemon over to the edge of the stage and pulled him into position for a powerbomb. Junji put his thumb up and then down to signal the end. Fixit lifted Daemon up and powerbombed him off the stage and through the production table covered in equipment as the lights started to flicker in the Warehouse. Daemon hit the concrete below and laid motionless.
Scott Parker: I don’t even know what to say, Gemma.
Trainers ran out and called for EMTs as the Kingsmen walked to the back.
Scott Parker: With everything we’ve seen here tonight we still have one more match. It’s time for the main event, folks.
"Armed For Peace” by SUUNS started to play and the fans rose to their feet with boos.
Scott Parker: Here comes the “Nobel” Benjamin Macbeth.
Macbeth slowly moved from behind the curtain and to the stage. With him, he carried FM Young’s custom EW World Championship. The cage slowly lowered over the ring as he looked on. He moved his way down the ramp and walked around the ring. He reached up and grabbed the cage with his free hand and looked inside. He climbed up the steps and into the ring as he placed the title down in the middle of the ring.
Gemma Foster: Benjamin Macbeth has been carrying FM’s title around all week and he’s left it there for her to come and get.
The boos changed to cheers as "Helix" by Amaranthe kicked up and a fired up FM Young ran out to the stage. She moved around as she was announced and smiled.
Scott Parker: The World Champion is and she’s ready for this fight.
Young looked down to Macbeth and adjusted her gloves and elbow pads. She moved down to the ring and grabbed the door of the cage and opened it. She pulled it closed behind her and the fans were ready. She moved around the ring and the match was announced. Macbeth and Young met each other in the middle of the ring as he bent down and picked up the championship. He held it up before smirking and handed it back to her. She thrusted it in the air with a loud cheer and handed it off through the door.
Scott Parker: Here we go!
The bell rang and the two shared a few words in the middle of the ring. Young tried to provoke Macbeth into striking first but he just stood there and watched on. She offered her chin and he didn’t budge. Macbeth put his hand up for a test of strength and Young chuckled.
Gemma Foster: Macbeth with a little mind games as he’s wanting to lock up with FM instead of getting into a striking bout with her.
Young reached up and met his hand and Macbeth clocked her with a forearm to the face. He hit a second and sent her into the corner and was right there on her with a corner forearm. He flipped her out of the corner with a capture suplex. Both stars got to their feet and Macbeth hit her with a double underhook suplex. He tried to roll her up but FM was able to counter and get free before flipping him inside out with the Man-Machine Interface (Discus Clothesline). Young hit the ropes and came back with a running senton. She climbed to her feet and Macbeth was up shortly after. She looked for a spear but ran into a hard kick to the face. This opened FM up for Macbeth to hit his Toil & Trouble (Combo; Knee Kicks, Spinning Back Kick, Leaping Knee, Spinning Backfist). The backfist connected and Young dropped to the mat hard and Macbeth covered for a two.
Scott Parker: Plenty of fight left in FM.
Macbeth stood up and planted his feet and readied himself. Young started to get up and Benjamin looked for the From Parts Unknown (360 Buzzsaw Kick) but FM ducked it. FM rolled him up with a school boy pin and got two before Macbeth popped up. They were both to their feet and Macbeth caught Young with a bicycle knee strike to the face. Macbeth grabbed Young and hit the String Theory (Rolling German Suplex). After a third German, Macbeth tried to lock in his Nobility (Rings of Saturn Submission) and Young tried to fight out of it. He couldn’t lock in the arm and Young was able to roll forward and get free. Young was able to pop up and connect with a cutter! Both competitors were slow to move and Young started to crawl to the door but Macbeth grabbed her and pulled her back. Macbeth pulled her up and hit a Back Suplex to WheelBarrow Facebuster. Macbeth covered Young and she kicked out at two. Macbeth looked around and had enough and started to walk over to the cage door as Young reached out and grabbed his foot. He stomped on her as fans booed.
Gemma Foster: Young doing everything she can keep Macbeth away from that door. Here he goes again!
He made a move for the door and Young rolled forward and blocked his path. She speared him into the opposite corner. She took a step back and Macbeth exploded out of the corner with a big bicycle knee strike! Young came back with a spinning back elbow to the face. Macbeth staggered back and then hit another knee strike to take Young down! He covered and Young once again kicked out at two. Macbeth started to climb up the side of the cage.
Scott Parker: Macbeth trying to distance himself from FM and climb out of the cage.
Macbeth was nearing the top and Young was on the middle rope and was able to reach up and grab Macbeth. She climbed to the top rope and steadied herself and pulled Macbeth back down to the rope. He hit her with an elbow to the side of the head as he jumped up and started to climb again. Young clubbed him in the back and then pulled him down to the ring and jumped, hitting a big Heart of a Phoenix (Lumbar Check)! They were both down and after a few moments Young started to crawl to Macbeth and covered. The fans counted along and were shocked when Macbeth kicked out at two.
Gemma Foster: How!?
Young took a deep breath before grabbing Macbeth by the hand and foot and rolled forward and lifted him with a fireman’s carry, showing off some power. Macbeth fought free with elbow strikes to her head and landed on his feet. He looked for the Serious Moonlight (Lifting Single Underhook DDT) but Young was able to block it and spin away. She looked for Man-Machine Interface and Macbeth ducked it.
Scott Parker: These two have each other scouted to a tee.
Macbeth looked for a bicycle knee strike but Young blocked this one and hit the Man-Machine Interface! Young moved to the corner and climbed to the top. She looked backwards and flipped, hitting a big moonsault. Young hooked a leg and covered, getting a big two as Macbeth kicked out just in time. Young looked like she was getting frustrated and moved around the ring.
Gemma Foster: Macbeth will just not stay down.
Young lifted Macbeth up and wanted to deliver the Human Error Processor (Assault Driver) but he countered into a roll up! Young popped out of it at two and Macbeth readied himself. Young turned and was drilled with From Parts Unknown! Macbeth locked in the Nobility (Rings of Saturn Submission) as Young screamed out.
Scott Parker: This might be it!
Macbeth had Young locked in and she refused to submit. She kept shaking her head and Macbeth let go just enough to drive his elbow into her shoulder blade multiple times and reapplied the hold. Young started to struggle and roll over and had Macbeth’s shoulders planted on the mat and he kicked out at two. Both competitors got to their feet and met each other with a double clothesline.
Gemma Foster: These two are just beating the hell out of each other.
Macbeth started to get up first and blasted Young with a stiff right hand. Young came back with a right hand of her own. Macbeth looked for a clothesline but she ducked it and hit Heart of a Phoenix out of nowhere! Young crawled over to the cage and pulled herself up. She started to climb up the side of it as the crowd roared.
Scott Parker: FM looking to escape!
Macbeth started to come to but was grabbing his back as he tried to crawl to the door.
Gemma Foster: And Benjamin is looking to leave through the door!
FM got to the top as the fans were in a frenzy. Macbeth shouted to open the door as he got closer. FM swung her legs over the top and started to climb down. She dropped about 7 feet and landed hard on the outside as Macbeth was about halfway hanging out the door and the bell rang!
Gemma Foster: Young has escaped the cage!
Scott Parker: She’s walking out with the championship here tonight.
Macbeth fell out of the ring and looked around. Young was on the far side with the title in her hands as she smiled, her music playing. Young sat against the announce table as the fans cheered on her as the cage was lifted up from the ring. She pulled herself up and held the title up as we fade to black for the end of the show.
Up next was the Halloween Mayhem Match and each competitor made an entrance down to the ring. We had Harper Blake as an 80s Girl with leg warmers, headband, and the side ponytail and all. Next we had Annabelle and Casey Grey as a Voodoo Queen and a Naughty Nun. Out next was Meg Coleman as Wonder Woman, then Kasey Kash as Victor from Corpse Bride. We then had someone dressed as the Grim Reaper, someone in an astronaut suit with helmet on, and someone in Miles Morales’ Spider-Man suit. Then Jack and Josh Williams came out as Thing 1 and Thing 2 before someone came out as the Green Power Ranger. Riley Rouse was out next as a Jedi before we got Hayley Halsey as herself.
Gemma Foster: I just want to point out that it says here that Hayley is dressed up as “the greatest wrestler in the entire universe”.
Lana Corvin was the Bride of Frankenstein, the newest member of the Empire Roster Kamila Rose was Lola Bunny. AJ Jenkynx was out as Avatar. We had Johnny Draco as Black Adam, Von Rossbach was out next in a Ghost Rider look. Someone came out in a full skeleton outfit before a ninja came out.
Gemma Foster: That’s one full ring, Scott.
