Dark Match
Before the show the fans were treated to a dark match between newcomer Misha LeCavalier and Azurine Vebbins. Vebbins tried to keep LeCavalier grounded with arm wrenches and grounded headlocks. LeCavalier started to get the pace of the match to quicken and begun to deliver a combo of German and northern lights suplexes. Vebbins ran right into a high roundhouse kick to the face that staggered her and allowed LeCavalier to hit Mirror’s Edge (Divorce Court). LeCavalier thought she had the match won but Vebbins kicked out. Vebbins tried to fight back and had LeCavalier locked in a dragon suplex for the Pearly Gatekeeper (Dragon Suplex to Double-Handed Jawbreaker) but LeCavalier battled out with a jawbreaker of her own. That allowed LeCavalier to hit the ropes and return with the Queen Slayer (King Kong Lariat) where she covered and picked up a win.
WINNER: Misha LeCavaliver, via pinfall 7:31
Another newcomer, Sofia Harms, was ready to make her debut against Caleb Masterson. Masterson attacked fast and furious with hard right hands every time Harms tried to approach. He took her down with a neckbreaker and began to slap her in the head as she tried to stand. Harms slipped around him and looked for a school boy pin and got two. She popped to her feet and was immediately hit with a running back elbow. Masterson looked for the Clown Collage (Brainbuster) but Harms was able to battle out and away. Masterson charged and Harms hit him with the Cat Pounce (Lou Thesz press) and she unloaded with right hands. She pulled him up and sent him into the corner. She charged and looked for a corner big boot but Masterson was able to move in time and she got hung up in the ropes. He pulled her out of the corner and delivered the Guyliner (Flatliner) and covered for a win.
WINNER: Caleb Masterson, via pinfall 6:55
WINNER: Misha LeCavaliver, via pinfall 7:31

Episode #20 - May 17, 2016
Scott Parker: Welcome to the first Animosity Supershow. This is the 20th episode of EW’s animosity and tonight we’re in store for an explosive night. The EW Primetime Championship will be on the line and we’re main evented by the EW Heavyweight Championship.
Gemma Foster: The champions Ursula Areano and Billy Way are more than ready to go tonight know they better be prepared for a fight.
Scott Parker: I think it’s safe to say that about many of tonight’s matches. Martin Karloff and Cody Williams? BWF World Champion Fenryr Wulfsson versus Sabrina Scott? Fights all around.
Gemma Foster: Martin Karloff looks to come into EW and make an impression whereas Cody Williams is looking to play spoiler.
The night was set to start with in-ring action as both Boonchan and Zion circled each other. The two men came to blows to kick things off and went back and forth in lefts and rights. The two fought into the ropes and continued to fight. They clotheslined each other over the top ropes and to the floor. Boonchan speared Zion into the apron and then rolled him into the ring. Zion pulled Boonchan into a front facelock as he stood and then delivered the Iconic Uppercut (Front facelock, transitioned into a swift European uppercut). Zion dropped a staggered Boonchan with a DDT and rolled him into a cover.
One…
Two and a kickout.
Zion started to pull Boonchan back to his feet but took a punch to the gut. Boonchan delivered a scoop slam and Zion rolled to his feet. Boonchan ducked behind him and delivered a lungblower. Zion rolled away and into the corner as Boonchan stood. Boonchan charged and hit a running kick to the chest of a seated Zion. He pulled Zion up to his feet and hit a hip toss into the center of the ring. Zion climbed back to his feet and and they charged at each other. Zion connected with the Adrenaline Rush (Running spinning snap neckbreaker). He rolled to his feet and into the corner. He jumped to the top ropes and had Boonchan measured up and looked for the Iconic Splash (Shooting Star Frog Splash) but Boonchan got his knees up into the gut of Zion. Zion staggered up to his feet and Boonchan was up and delivered THE Piledriver (Double underhook piledriver). Boonchan covered Zion and hooked a leg.
One…
Two…
Three!
Scott Parker: Boonchan delivers Zion his first loss here in EW.
Gemma Foster: Alex did look comfortable in the ring though. Austin was just able to take advantage of a spot and used it to pick up the victory.
More Than a Moniker
The scene opens up to a hallway backstage where we see Empire interviewer and correspondent Kevin Olson standing by. The camera zooms out a little bit to reveal that he is standing in front of a door with Cody Williams' name on it. He flashes a smile at the camera and raises his microphone up to his mouth.
Kevin Olson: Ladies and gentlemen, later on this evening we will see the Empire Wrestling debut of Martin Karloff as he squares off against Cody Williams. I am standing outside of Cody Williams' locker room and am looking to get a few words from him.
Reluctantly he knocks on the door.
Cody Williams: WHAT?!
Kevin flinches, taking a gulp of his saliva.
Kevin Olson: Cody? It's... Uhh... It's Kevin Olson..
He slowly turns the doorknob and enters the locker room. Cody Williams is sitting on a chair against the wall, in his wrestling attire, his leather ring jacket draped on the back of the chair. He finishes up lacing his boots before pulling his kickpads over them. Kevin makes his way towards Cody, causing him to look up with a sarcastic look on his face.
Cody Williams: Oh! Look what the wind brought in! It's my good ol' pal Kevin Olson! Long time no see! Where have you been?
Kevin Olson: Umm.. A few weeks ago you told me to leave you alone..
Cody Williams: So you DO remember!
He smacks Kevin on the shoulder.
Kevin Olson: Ouch... Umm, I wanted to get a few words from you about your matchup tonight against "The Monster Messiah" Martin Karloff.
"The Reflection of Perfection" starts to tape his wrists, not making eye contact with Kevin.
Cody Williams: You and I both know that for months... the moment I stepped foot through the door in this shit hole building, I wanted to face the best.. I wanted competition. And for months, I was being fed nobodies. Wannabes. People who belong on a wrestling show at a high school gym, or the VFW hall, or community center in front of 20 people and collecting a hotdog and a handshake as payment for their time.
He bites off a piece of athletic tape and affixes it to his wrist.
Cody Williams: I am past that. I have been there and done that. I am at a point in my career where I am in my prime and ready for the bright lights and big pay days. And while I am being paid head over heels more than everyone else here at Empire, the light at the end of the tunnel is the BWF. And a win over Karloff tonight, could punch my one way ticket to the main roster. He is a tried and tested veteran of the BWF and this is my chance to shine and show the entire world that I am that damn good! That I am not just writing checks that my mouth can't cash. I can talk the talk, and i can definitely walk the walk!
Kevin Olson: Karloff is known to reach deep down inside himself in the deepest, darkest corners of his mind and turn into a different person. Do you think that you are ready for someone like "The Monster Messiah"?
"The Reflection of Perfection" smirks and lets out a small scoff.
Cody Williams: He could come out as The Manticore.. He can come out as The Phantom.. Hell, he could come out dressed like Venom from the Spiderman comics! I couldn't care less! It will take a WHOLLLLLE lot more than a psychological state of mind and some cheap body paint to beat me! Tonight, it is "The Monster Messiah" versus "God's gift to professional wrestling".. And you will all soon find out that it is more than just a moniker.
Kevin Olson: One last question...
Cody stands up and starts to unravel his roll of tape.
Kevin Olson: What.. MMMMMM!!! HMMMMPPPH!!!
Cody places the tape over Kevin's mouth and wraps it once around his head. He rips the tape and tosses it across the room as he lets out a heavy laugh.
Cody Williams: Ah.... MUCH better!
He slaps Kevin Olson on the shoulder a few times and then rubs his hand over the top of Kevin's head, messing his hair up before walking towards the locker room door.
Zach and Chris Marshall were in the ring, prepared for the next match, as Jewcha Libre made their way to the ring in a big cheer. The duo stood at the bottom of the ramp as Chi-Town Connection urged them to enter the ring. Fantastico and Jew Blazer rushed in the ring and slid under the ropes and jumped to their feet. The four men exchanged blows as the referee tried to get things under control.
Scott Parker: And the animosity between these two teams is still there from last week.
Fantastico dumped Zach over the top ropes and he fell to the floor as Chris was unloading with punches to Jew Blazer in the corner. Fantastico pulled Chris off and sent him into the ropes and Jewcha Libra connected with a double flapjack. Chris rolled to his feet and Fantastico hit him with a Kamahameha (Double Palm chest strike) and Jew Blazer hit a running crossbody as Chris staggered. Zach was into the ring and hit Jew Blazer with a running dropkick that launched him into the corner. Zach was back up right away and turned into a kick to the gut from Fantastico. Fantastico hit the ropes and Zach charged right after him and hit a knee to the gut right as he turned. Zach delivered a fame-asser on Fantastico and kicked him under the ropes. Chris was back into the ring and hit Jew Blazer with a clothesline as he was charging Zach. They pulled Jew Blazer to his feet and hit a double spinebuster. Fantastico came flying off the top ropes and hit a dropkick on Zach after Chris moved out of the way. Chris grabbed Fantastico and lifted him, delivering a brainbuster. Jew Blazer snuck up behind Chris and rolled him up with a school boy.
One…
Two…
Three!
Jew Blazer jumped up and rolled out of the ring, pulling Fantastico out of the ring. Zach jumped at them and missed as they got out of the ring. Chris sat on his knees and looked around in confusion. Chris and Zach jumped out of the ring and began to chase after Jewcha Libre and into the back they all went.
Gemma Foster: I think this isn’t the last time these four step into the ring.
Outwork. Outwrestle.
The camera fades to the backstage area; there stands Misha LeCavalier, leaning against the wall. Her facial features and contours indicate that she’s a bit bored, which is a normal occurrence for her. She folds her arms in front of her before she speaks.
Misha LeCavalier: As I look around Empire Wrestling, I see a lot of fresh facing. Some of them are tiny rooks, trying to make a name for themselves; some of them have had experience, but have never had that “big break.” And then, you’ve got me—
She pauses and she shifts her weight onto her right foot.
Misha LeCavalier: I’m swiftly approaching eight years in this industry—my rookie card expired many moons ago. For the first five, I cut my chops traveling around England and the UK. And I’ve spent the past two years my off-days working in Canada and U.S.
She lets out a small grunt.
Misha LeCavalier: Nor am I struggling to find that “big break.” I worked for the “great and mighty” Inferno Wrestling before it ended its operations. The only blemish on my record there was a tie; the rest were victors—including the welfare show where I nearly single-handedly captured the tag-team belts.
She pauses.
Misha LeCavalier: So, you’re probably wondering “why the hell is she here then?” The answer is simple,I’m here to make it to Blazenwing—that is my end goal. And hell, I’m sure that’s a lot of people’s end goals. However, the difference is, none of you are LeCavaliers. Or, to be more specific, none of you are me.
She slowly nods her head.
Misha LeCavalier: So, let me clue you all in as to what that true means. I’m going to outwork everyone until I get to the main roster. I’m going to outwrestle everyone until get to the main roster. And once I get to that pinnacle?
She lets out a small smirk.
Misha LeCavalier: I guess we’ll cross that bridge when they time is near.
She pushes off of the wall and drops her arms.
Misha LeCavalier: Until then, I’ll bide my time playing with you all.
The camera fades out.
Williams had entered the ring first and was pacing around the ring as he tossed his coat and sunglasses. The crowd roared as the lights went out and Karloff’s music hit. He entered the stage in full “monster” gear with his paint and headdress. He sat on his knees at the top of the stage before rolling forward and to his feet. Karloff jumped to the apron but was knocked off by Williams and the fans booed. Williams rolled to the floor and pulled Karloff up and pulled him to the stairs and bounced his head off them. Williams bounced Karloff’s head off the steps a second time before walking away as the referee urged him to get into the ring. Williams soaked in the boos from the fans as he walked around the ring. He turned around and headed back towards Karloff who was now missing from where he had been laying. Williams looked around and Karloff appeared from under the ring on the other side of the ring. He snuck around the side of the ring and ran the final few feet and ran off the steel steps and launched himself at Williams with a jumping clothesline. Karloff threw his arms out as he stood back up and rolled into the ring before jumping onto the second turnbuckle. Williams got to his feet and entered the ring. The two locked up and started to exchange forearms to the face. Williams looked for a discus lariat but Karloff ducked it and started to lock in a full nelson. Williams threw an elbow backwards hard into the head of Karloff and then twisted around into a front facelock. Williams pushed Karloff’s head down and drove his knee into his face before delivering a swinging neckbreaker.
Scott Parker: Cody is really taking it to the head and neck area of Karloff.
Williams sat Karloff up and applied a sleeper hold. Karloff started to get to his feet after a few moments and was able to delivered a belly to back suplex. Karloff stood and shook his head before pulling Williams up. Karloff drove his knee into the gut of Williams and then drove his elbow into the back of his head. Karloff started to deliver the Texas Elbow Massacre (MMA Elbows) and is forced Williams to the mat. The elbows continued to the neck and shoulder area of Williams. Karloff pushed Williams to the mat and covered.
One…
Two and a kickout.
Karloff started to pull Williams up but was hit with a hard forearm. Williams grabbed Karloff and hit him with a STO backbreaker and then stood him back up. He pulled Karloff into position and delivered the Pure Perfection (Spinning sit-out double underhook facebuster). Williams rolled Karloff into a cover.
One…
Two..kickout.
Karloff got his shoulder up in time and Williams began to assault him with right hands in frustration. Williams pulled Karloff back to his feet and lifted him to his shoulders. Williams hit the fireman’s carry forward roll part of Perfectly Executed and looked for the double jump moonsault but Karloff rolled out of the way. Both men slowly got to their feet and Karloff charged and ducked a clothesline before flipping backwards and hitting the Sine Oculus (Pele Kick). Karloff was slow to get to his feet and Williams was up soon after. The two exchanged a couple of blows and Karloff drove his knee into the gut of Williams before lifting him onto his shoulders. Karloff wanted the Ritual Disembowelment (Fireman’s Carry Gutbuster) but Williams struggled off and to his feet. Williams hit Karloff with a blue thunder bomb and rolled into the corner. He climbed to the top slowly and sat on the top ropes for a moment. He jumped up and looked for Way of the Ronin (Double Foot Stomp) but Karloff rolled out of the way and Williams rolled forward and back to his feet. Williams lifted Karloff up for a powerbomb but Karloff turned it into a headscissors takedown. Williams rolled to his feet and Karloff ducked a forearm and delivered the Spinal Remains (Vertabreaker). Karloff rolled onto Williams for a cover.
One…
Two…
Three!
Karloff wiped his face of sweat and face paint with a grin as he stood and fell into the ropes. Williams rolled out of the ring and pushed a referee away. He grabbed a fan’s drink and tossed it into the crowd. He shouted that it didn’t matter, he was God’s gift to wrestling.
Scott Parker: Big win for Karloff and Williams is not happy.
Gemma Foster: Look out!
Williams ripped the top of announce table and tossed it into the ring towards Karloff. He jumped onto the apron and tried to get back into the ring but the referee stood between him and Karloff. Karloff went for Williams and Williams jumped off the apron and shook his head. “Not worth it”.
Career Changing
The scene opens up to reveal Derrick Daze standing in the center of the ring. Greeting the audience in a very dressed up fashion. White button down shirt and black slacks. The fans perplexed that he wasn’t dressed for a match, and also that he hasn’t made a lot of appearances lately.
Derrick Daze: As many of you may notice, my appearances for Empire wrestling have been more and more scarce. I thought a lighter schedule would delay the inevitable. Unfortunately, I found myself taking many appointments with my personal doctor. He came to a conclusion. One I was not able to readily accept. My doctor spoke with BWF’s medical team, and they came to the same conclusion. Even now I find myself unable to readily accept it. But I was always the type to yearn for facts.
Derrick Daze: Fact is, my leg is an extreme hindrance to the longevity of my career. Tendons and ligaments can only tear so many times before they become shells of their former selves. After eighteen years of combat sports, my leg has reached that limit. To be honest, a large chunk of my life has been about shattering the limitations of my body and making others aware of theirs. Whether it be through amature boxing, martial arts tournaments, or professional wrestling. Before I turned eighteen, I’ve competed in three continents. I’ve burned more bridges than one can count all for the sake of improving myself. Do I feel like I accomplished everything I can accomplish? Of course not, improving oneself can be worse than any drug. See improvment, I always craved a little more. But, in my thirty four years on this planet, I shunned other facets of life. I think it is high time I started exploring them.
Daze lowers the microphone to his hip, scanning the crowd. The fans knew where this announcement was going. Daze raises the mic back to his lips, ready to say to words to them, and even more to himself.
Derrick Daze: I formally announce my retirement from in ring competition.
He ended it there. Before it could sink in, before the commentary team could comment, he was making his way out of the ring and up the ramp. His trek is halted by Wade Mason appearing on the stage. Mason made his way into the ring where he then unbuttoned his suit jacket and shook the hand of Daze.
Wade Mason: Derrick, let me be the first to offer my condolences. A decision such as the one you’re having to make is never an easy one, especially when an outside force is making the decision for you. That’s why I’m here though. I’m hoping to lessen the blow that is leaving professional wrestling. EW has been about teaching young talent, helping older talent find a new home. Right now Kirlia and Johnny Maverick are sitting in the back watching because they’ve been helping during recent weeks because of their own injuries and decisions. I’d like to extend the same offer to you, Derrick. If you’d like there is a position open for you to help train the next generation of talent.
Daze paused to contemplate on the offer before raising the mic.
Derrick Daze: I suppose aiding future talents in their development would be an acceptable transition. I accept.
Wade and Daze shake hands as the fans cheer and the scene fades to black.
The fans were excited to see Sabrina Scott make her way to the ring and it flipped in an instant as BWF World Champion Fenryr Wulfsson made his entrance. He was accompanied by Karli Frost, Eric Ingvar, and Rune. Fenryr handed his championship to Rune as the match was announced. Fenryr and Scott began to circle each other after the bell rang. Scott kept her distance at first and closed in quick with a running dropkick to the knees. She grabbed the arm of Fenryr and looked for an Oklahoma roll up.
One and a kickout.
Fenryr rolled to his feet and dropped Scott with a stiff lariat. He pulled her back to her feet and tossed her into the corner with ease. He drove his knee into her gut and slapped her around to the boos of the fans. Scott staggered out of the corner as Fenryr slapped her in the back of the head a few times. He pulled her into position for a German suplex and sent her flying into the mat. She rolled to her feet and was hit with a second German suplex.
Gemma Foster: Fenryr is picking up right where he left off with Sabrina at Danger Zone.
Fenryr pulled Scott to her feet once again and had her in position and she hit him with a hard back elbow to the face. She pulled him down into a modified small package for a cover.
One…
Two and a kickout!
Fenryr powered to his feet and Scott ducked an incoming clothesline. Scott turned and rocked Fenryr with a step up enziguri that staggered him into the corner. She charged and hit a big corner splash and Ragnarok pounded the mat to try and get Fenryr back into it. Scott pulled him out of the corner and wanted the Pocketful of Sunshine (Codebreaker to back of opponent's head) but Fenryr grabbed the top ropes and she fell to the mat. He turned and pulled her into position for Hel Road (Double Underhook Powerbomb) but she slipped through his legs. She pulled him down with a backslide pin attempt.
One…
Rune reached in and pulled the legs of Scott to break the pin. Scott jumped up and made the referee aware and he leaned out to talk to Rune. Frost came flying off the top ropes and hit Scott with AMRAAM (Missile Dropkick) as the fans booed.
Scott Parker: Tonight is about the numbers game.
The fans jumped to their feet as the EW Tag Team Champions Freaks with Benefits, Krista May Williams and Kayla Taylor, rushed to the ring. The referee turned and saw Frost in the ring and tossed the match just as Williams and Taylor slid into the ring. Frost tried to fight off Taylor and Williams and Ingvar climbed into the ring to join the battle as the bell continued to sound. Scott, Taylor, and Williams finally got Ingvar, Frost, and Fenryr out of the ring to a bunch of cheers.
Scott Parker: Things have come unglued here tonight! Krista and Kayla had seen enough and have come to the aid of Sabrina.
Fenryr held back Frost who really wanted back in the ring and he shook his head as if to say it wasn’t worth their time. Taylor and Williams leaned over the ropes and urged Ragnarok back into the ring as Fenryr held up the BWF World Championship. Scott pointed out to Fenryr as we went to a commercial.
Both women received a warm welcome, with the crowd leaning a bit more for Grey. Areano made sure to show off the Primetime Championship before the match officially started. Areano and Grey had plenty to say to each other as they approached. Grey landed the first blow and things got underway. Grey hit Areano with a series of hard forearms to the face and backed her into the ropes. Areano started to fight back with hard left hands and then speared Grey to the mat. They rolled around, exchanging blows, before Areano pulled Grey to her feet. Areano hit a stiff European uppercut before jumping up and connecting with a dropkick. Grey rolled to her feet and Areano jumped up for a jumping clothesline but was taken to the mat with a spinebuster. Grey rolled her up into a cover.
One and kickout.
Grey and Areano were both back to their feet and Grey connected with a swinging neckbreaker. Grey pulled Areano up but was hit with a punch to the gut. Areano connected with a kick to the leg, a forearm to the face, and then a spinning backfist. Grey staggered backwards into the corner and Areano charged and hit her with a monkey flip. Grey got to her feet and was hit in the back of the head with the Fist of Fury (KO Punch). Areano dropped onto Grey for a cover.
One…
Two and a kickout.
Grey was pulled to her feet and pushed into the ropes. Areano drove her knee into the gut of Grey and set up for a double arm DDT but Grey spun free. Areano charged and ran right into Your Fear (Black Hole Slam). Grey and Areano were both down and slow to move. Grey started to crawl to Areano but Areano started to stir. They were both on their knees and slowly exchanged left and right hands. Areano grabbed the arm of Grey and started to pull her into Crossing the Border (Crossface) but Grey struggled. Grey rolled through and countered into her Bitch Muzzle (Crossface) but Areano was able to slip free. They both got to their feet and Areano charged and hit the Argentina Train (Elijah Express) and it launched Grey across the ring and she rolled under the ropes and to the apron. Areano tried to pull Grey into the ring but her feet were caught up in the apron cover. Grey finally came unstuck and was pulled into the center of the ring and up to her feet. Areano looked for another Fist of Fury but Grey ducked it and lifted her up. Grey shouted and delivered the Racklash (Rack Attack) and covered.
One…
Two…
Three!
Scott Parker: Casey’s done it! She’s now a two time EW Primetime Champion!
Gemma Foster: But what a fight by Ursula. This could have gone either way.
Scott Parker: There were a few moments that it looked like Ursula was going to walk out of here with the championship.
Grey sat up and got to her feet as the referee was getting the championship. Areano crawled over to the ropes and used them to pull herself up before turning back to Grey. Areano grabbed the championship from the referee and slowly handed it to Grey but refused to let go. She gave it one last tug before letting go and walking off as Grey celebrated in the ring.
The fans were buzzing as we had made it to the main event. Macbeth made his way to the ring first, slowly, and sat in the corner against the turnbuckles. Way made a grand entrance with the EW Heavyweight Championship and showboated all the way to the ring. He held up the championship as he was announced and the bell sounded. Macbeth stood up and walked to the center of the ring. Way handed off the championship and then blasted Macbeth with a hard right hand that he followed with a kick to the gut. Way connected with hard forearms to the back of Macbeth’s head before pushing him into the ropes. Macbeth exploded off the ropes and hit a jumping forearm to the face. Way rolled to his feet and was taken back down with a clothesline. Macbeth pulled Way to his feet and sent him into the corner. Macbeth connected with a corner spear to the gut and Way staggered out to the center of the ring. As Way turned he was hit with a palm strike to the chest and then hit with a discus elbow to the face. Macbeth hit Way with a big German suplex and rolled him up to his feet. Macbeth connected with a second German suplex and rolled Way back to his feet and hit a third German. Way was pulled up once more and Macbeth finished off his Deepest Condolences (Rolling German Suplex) with a fourth German suplex. Way rolled out of the ring and dropped to his knees as Macbeth tried to go after him again.
Scott Parker: Ben Macbeth has Way on the run!
Macbeth rolled out of the ring and went after Way and was hit with a hard forearm to the face and then a Nutcracker (reverse atomic drop). Way started to set up for The Billy Way (Swinging Reverse STO) on the floor but Macbeth got free. The referee had begun a ten count and was up to four. Macbeth dropped Way on the floor with a big DDT and rolled up to his feet. He rolled into the ring at the count of seven and quickly got back out to restart the count.
Gemma Foster: Smart move there by Macbeth. You can’t win the championship on a countout victory and he knows that.
Macbeth pulled Way up and rolled him into the ring and crawled into a cover.
One…
Two and a kickout.
Macbeth rolled right back into another cover.
One…
Kickout and Way rolled away and to his feet. Macbeth went to charge and ran into a hard forearm and Way fell backwards into the corner. Macbeth charged again and this time ran into a big boot. Macbeth staggered and Way charged with a lariat that Macbeth ducked. Macbeth grabbed Way and hit him with the No World For Tomorrow (Reverse-Spin Scoop Powerslam). Macbeth dropped to his knees and went for a cover but Way once again began to roll away and made it out of the ring. Way grabbed the EW Heavyweight Championship and started to make his way up the ramp. Macbeth rolled out of the ring and chased after him as the fans cheered. Macbeth clubbed Way from behind and dropped him to the ramp. Way was pulled up and walked back down the ramp and tossed into the ring as the championship went sliding across the ring. Macbeth grabbed Way but Way pushed off him and connected with the Billion Dollar Kick (Roundhouse Kick) but didn’t get all of it as Macbeth got his arms up. Way slowly made his way to the corner and up the turnbuckles and tried to stand but started to slip. Macbeth rolled and dove at the ropes and it shook Way off and he fell to the floor below. The referee started to count as both men were down and he got to ten and called for the bell.
The fans booed as the match was announced a draw and that Way retained due to the ending. Their boos turned to cheers as Wade Mason made his way to the stage.
Wade Mason: That’s not how this is going to end tonight. This match is being restarted and will now be a no countout match!
Macbeth rolled out of the ring and grabbed Way and pulled him to his feet. Way was rolled into the ring and Macbeth crawled in after him and both men were up. Way delivered a kick to the gut and hit the Simply Awesome Buster (Sitout Facebuster). He rolled onto Way and hooked both legs.
One…
Two and a kickout.
Way pulled Macbeth back up to his feet and once again set up for The Billy Way but Macbeth got free. He hit a few knee kicks and then a spinning back kick. He jumped up and hit a leaping knee and then finished off the Toil & Trouble with the spinning backfist. Way dropped to a knee and Macbeth planted his feet and looked for the From Parts Unknown (360 Buzzsaw Kick) but Way ducked it and rolled him up with a school boy pin.
One…
Two.. kickout!
Way couldn’t believe it as Macbeth kicked out just in time. Way measured up Macbeth and looked for the Billion Dollar Kick but Macbeth ducked it. Macbeth delivered a kick to the gut and connected with the Serious Moonlight (Lifting Single Underhook DDT). Macbeth rolled Way and dropped on top of him.
One…
Two…
Three!
Scott Parker: New champion! New champion! Ben Macbeth just knocked off Billy Way!
Gemma Foster: How’s that for some entertainment!?
Macbeth sat against the ropes as the fans cheered the match. Billy Way started to come to and looked on at Macbeth before rolling out of the ring. He picked up a steel chair and started to make his way back to the ring. The referee handed Macbeth the EW Heavyweight Championship as he started to stand. There was a buzz as Raza Azarov appeared from under the ring and climbed in. Way swung the chair at Macbeth but Azarov grabbed it and tossed it away. He grabbed Way and sent him into the corner and charged, hitting the Singularity (Helluva Kick).
Gemma Foster: Someone stop this!
Scott Parker: Azarov is going off on Billy Way!
Azarov unloaded stiff kicks to a fallen, cornered Way. Macbeth watched on until the referees rushed to the ring and pulled Azarov off. He backed away and turned his head to Macbeth as he was pulled out of the ring. Azarov pointed at Macbeth and slid his thumb across his throat.
Scott Parker: I think Azarov just sent a message to the new Heavyweight Champion.
Macbeth looked at the EW Heavyweight Championship and then put it on his shoulder as trainers checked on Way, fading to black.
