Episode #103 - September 3, 2023
Gemma Foster: Welcome ladies and gentlemen to another edition of Empire Wrestling's Hype! As you may notice, I’m solo here at the table tonight as my broadcast partner shocked everyone last week as Serena Riot announced that she’s joining the Empire Wrestling active roster! She’ll make her debut tonight in our main event as she takes on former EW World Champion, FM Young. I don’t think it needs to be said what an interesting match this is as both have a past relationship with our own Lacy Nelson. I spoke to Serena earlier this week and she’s got a chip on her shoulder and has nothing to lose and a lot to prove.
Gemma Foster: Speaking of Lacy Nelson. Tonight we hear from her as she promises an update on her future. We also have a return to action tonight with one half of the Tag Team Champions competing tonight, Ronnie North. That and more so let’s get right into the action -
Decisions
Gemma is cut off as “Bow Down” by I Prevail starts to play and the fans come to their feet for Lacy Nelson.
Gemma Foster: We weren’t expecting Lacy until later in the night.
Nelson had a duffle back at her side as she slowly made it to the ring with a noticeable limp, showing off the battle wounds from her match against Melody Slayton. Nelson made it to the ring and climbed inside and moved to the center of the ring. She dropped the bag and a stagehand handed her a microphone before getting out of the ring.
Lacy Nelson: Two weeks ago I stepped into this ring and put the Primetime Championship on the line. I lost.
There’s a mixed reaction as she keeps going.
Lacy Nelson: I asked for this time this week because there’s been some whispers about me. People are talking about where my head is at right now after the last few weeks. It’s not a secret that I just spent some time in the hospital but it has definitely been blown out of proportion. I had an accident in my home after losing the Primetime Championship and it was determined it would be best if I was watched over for a few days.
The fans clap for her as she clears her throat.
Lacy Nelson: During that time I had plenty of time to think. I got to think about my life, my career, and the future. The last few weeks have been some of the hardest I’ve been through. I felt lost and then I lost my championship. That's what I needed to see things clearly…
Lacy looked down at her ankle and then her bag. The fans started to chant “NO” as she opened it up and her wrestling boots could be seen. Before she could pull them out, the fans cheered as Serena Riot ran down to the ring and slid inside.
Gemma Foster: I think Serena might be down here to talk her out of it.
Riot shook her head as she kept telling Nelson to not do it. She grabbed Lacy’s bag and zipped it back up as the fans cheered.
Serena Riot: You’re Lacy fucking Nelson! You’re the headline! You’re primetime. Come on, take more time and think about this.
Before Serena could say anything else, Lacy snatched the bag away from her. Lacy looked at her and softly smiled. She closed her eyes and Serena put her hand on her shoulder. Lacy opened her eyes and she dropped to the mat and rolled out. Serena leaned on the ropes and shouted for her to come back as we took a quick break.
Artemis Ren Vs. Missy Propaganda
Propaganda made her way to the ring first and walked around the ring, rolling in. She leaned over the ropes and smiled as she chatted with a few fans. Artemis Ren made her way down next and quickly climbed inside. She started an attack on Propaganda as soon as the bell rang and backed her into a corner. Artemis whipped her into the opposite corner and charged, hitting a big corner splash. Missy was sent into the corner and taken to the mat back drop. Ren grabbed her by the hair and pulled her up and landed right hands.
Gemma Foster: Artemis is taking it to Missy Propaganda in the early going in this one.
Propaganda got her hands up to block the last couple shots and got behind Ren and delivered a belly to back suplex. Both were up and Missy rocked her with a hard elbow strike to the head before jumping up and taking her down with a head scissors. Missy had control and kept Artemis off her feet with quick takedowns. She had a couple close pinfall attempts before Artemis shut it down with a big spear. Ren looked for her Best Blonde Moonsault (Best Moonsault Ever) but Propaganda was able to move out of the way. Ren started to stand and Propaganda hit a crucifix bomb into a pinfall and got three as Ren kicked out just a moment too late!
WINNER: Missy Propaganda via pinfall @ 11:03
Propaganda quickly got out of the ring as Ren looked around shocked.
Gemma Foster: Missy just stole this one from Artemis! That’s two really close matches to start her career here in Empire Wrestling.

A Savage Warehouse
The arena darkens as a spotlight shines on FM Young, standing tall in the center of the ring as we come back from a break, a microphone in hand. “Helix” by Amaranthe thundering away before slowly fading out on the speakers. The crowd of the EW Warehouse roars in anticipation as Young begins to speak with unwavering confidence.
FM Young: Ladies and gentlemen, you're looking at the real deal! The two-time Empire Wrestling World Champion. I was the one who switched it over from the Heavyweight Championship. One of the cornerstones of Empire Wrestling, and the Savage She-Hulk of this warehouse - FM Young!
The crowd's cheers intensify as FM Young's words echo throughout the arena. FM Young chants break out as the big woman just basks in it, arms out.
FM Young: I've bled, sweat, and fought my way to the top of this mountain. I’ve won a king of the mountain match and make no mistake I’mma do it again. Next Level Ascension, the Extreme Championship comes to me! More on that later, when I win it…Suffice to say. Empire Wrestling is my home, and I've built it with my own two hands! I've faced the legends, conquered giants, and left a trail of bodies in my wake!
A thunderous applause shakes the arena, acknowledging Young's undeniable legacy in the company and the exciting promise of more to come.
FM Young: But now, we've got a newcomer, Serena Riot, prancing into MY territory. She may have a résumé from elsewhere, but this is Empire Wrestling! This is MY HOUSE! I respect the hell out of the woman, the ultimate scream queen...But obviously, the respect HAS not been returned.
The crowd erupts with chants of "FM! FM! FM!" all over again as Effy just roars into the mic, then breaks out into a soft laugh, clearly eating up the attention with a smug grin.
FM Young: Serena, I know you're hearing me right now, and I've got to say, I doubt you can keep up with the heat in this kitchen. You've been out of the game, rusting away, while I've been sharpening my skills, fighting tooth and nail! I’ve got A LOT of reasons to kick your ass, but you thinking that you can just waltz in here and run me over? Top of the damn list. Disrespect will NOT be tolerated. Call it your home all you want, but it’s my warehouse, signed, sealed and made.
FM Young steps closer to the camera, her eyes burning with intensity. She bends down through the ropes, her grin no longer present.
FM Young: This isn't a warm welcome to Empire Wrestling; this is a battle! I don't care what you've done before; it means nothing here! You're stepping into MY world, and you're going to learn firsthand what it means to face the best!
The crowd's cheers reach a deafening crescendo as FM Young raises the microphone high.
FM Young: At our match, Serena, you'll realize that Empire Wrestling is MY domain, and I will do whatever it takes to protect it! So, prepare yourself, because the FM Young era continues, and I will reign supreme!
FM Young drops the microphone, and her music blares through the speakers as she exits the ring, “Helix” by Amaranthe picks up again, the driving drums following the Savage She-Hulk off stage as she heads to the back to prepare for her match.
Ronnie North Vs. Miguel Perez Vs. Zenia Hobbs
The crowd came to life as “I Believe In A Thing Called Love” by The Darkness started to play and one half of the Tag Team Champions, Ronnie North, came out to the stage. He struck a pose and the crowd ate it up. He made it to the ring and rolled inside. Zenia Hobbs came to the ring next and high fived some fans and climbed inside. Miguel Perez came over the barricade and attacked North from behind as the fans booed him.
Gemma Foster: This one might not last long, folks. Perez bringing the violence from the start!
Perez knocked North down and stomped him before dropping and landing left hands. Perez looked up and was hit with an enziguri from Hobbs. Hobbs pulled Perez up and sent him into the corner. She charged and flipped him backwards with a monkey flip. She got to her feet and turned right into North’s Splitting Of the Bamboo (A hard Mongolian chop [named after his favorite Kama Sutra position])! Hobbs dropped to a knee and North delivered a suplex. North stood and pounded his chest as he soaked in cheers. Perez tried to attack from behind again but North just ate it and stood in the same place.
Gemma Foster: Uh oh. Ronnie North didn’t like that!
North turned around and Perez hit a hard right hand. Then a left. North clocked Perez with a headbutt and then sent him into the ropes. Perez grabbed the ropes and caught himself. North charged and was lifted up and over to the floor outside. Perez turned to Hobbs as she jumped off the top rope and looked for a headscissors but Perez countered into a powerbomb. Perez pulled her up for a second powerbomb and delivered his Got Popped (Powerbomb Lungblower)! He went into a cover and North pulled him out of the ring at two. North sent Perez into the barricade and collected himself. He turned to the ring and Hobbs took them both out with a tope suicida! Hobbs grabbed Perez and rolled him into the ring. She went to the top rope and delivered a 450 splash! Before she could cover, North was back in the ring and he pulled her up and tossed her over the top rope and to the floor. Perez started to stand and North hit the Heartbreaker (Heart Punch)! He covered and got the three count pinfall before Hobbs could break it up.
WINNER: Ronnie North via pinfall @ 12:19
North was handed his Tag Team Championship as she winked at Hobbs and she just sat on her knees.
Gemma Foster: Zenia Hobbs almost had that won but Ronnie North was able to outsmart the newcomer.
Rebounding
Kevin Olsen is standing next to Empire Wrestling Spartan Champion Jenna Jillian Walker who has the Spartan Championship belt draped over her right shoulder.
Kevin Olsen: Please welcome the Empire Wrestling Spartan Champion Jenna Jillian Walker.
The crowd cheers.
Kevin Olsen:At Hype 102 we saw you and Harper Mason come up short in your tag team match against the Dishonor. How do you feel coming off that loss?
Jenna Jillian Walker: Obviously I was disappointed in the result but Dishonor proved why they are called dishonor but we will both rebound in our own way.
Kevin Olsen: We all believe that you will do that. You have been on a roll since signing with Empire Wrestling. Especially since you beat Martin West to become the Spartan Champion several weeks ago.
Jenna Jillian Walker: To say that I have been pleased with how my Empire Wrestling tenure has been would be an understatement and the plan is to continue on this trajectory. I am going to continue to train the right way and defend this Spartan Championship to the best of my ability then who knows what could happen.
Kevin Olsen: We are indeed excited to see what you are able to do in an Empire Wrestling ring. But the number one contender to the Spartan Championship is Samantha “The Titaness” Hamilton.
Jenna Jillian Walker: This is definitely a dream match up for me. I have been a fan of Samantha for years. I’m in constant preparation for these kinds of challenges and am super excited for this match.
Kevin Olsen: Thank you for your time, Jenna.
Jenna smiles at Kevin as she leaves.

EXTREME CHAMPIONSHIP CONTENDER TOURNAMENT
Manic Vs. AJ Jenkynz
Gemma Foster: Third time's the charm, folks. Tom Carr says we MUST have a winner tonight between these two.
The usual scattering of trash cans are ringside with their goodies inside. Jenkynz made his way to the ring first but was attacked as he started to climb inside as Manic appeared from under the ring. She clubbed him in the back with hard blows and then sent him into the steel steps. Manic rolled Jenkynz into the ring and climbed the ring and started to stomp on him.
Gemma Foster: Manic taking AJ out early in this one as she looks to move on to the Extreme Championship match at Next Level: Ascension.
AJ tried to get to his feet and was hit with a spinning back elbow. Manic ran off the ropes and AJ took her down with a Samoan drop. He tried to fire himself up as she stood and he delivered a German suplex. He moved outside of the ring and grabbed a chair and carried it back into the ring. Manic landed a kick to the gut to make him drop it and pulled him in for a DDT. AJ pushed her away and then hit an uppercut. Jenkynz took Manic back down with a Russian leg sweep. He got to his feet and started to climb to the top rope and looked for a frog splash but Manic was able to get out of the way.
Gemma Foster: Crash and burn!
Manic pulled Jenkynz to his feet and started to land hard chops to the chest. He looked for a clothesline that she ducked and ran the ropes, only to come back with a slingblade. Jenkynz started to stand and Manic hit a spinning backfist! Manic ran over to the corner and climbed up before delivering the Crashing Down (Double Stomp)! She covered and AJ kicked out at two! Manic started to pull him up and he took her down with a hip toss. He grabbed the chair and cracked it over her back and pushed her down. Jenkynz covered and got a two count before Manic kicked out. AJ went to the outside and tossed in the entire trash can and went back inside. He placed it over her head as she started to stand. He put Manic into the corner and delivered his T.M.F Superkick (Corner Superkick)! Jenkynz tossed the trash can and went into a cover and this time getting two before the crowd roared in boos due to Gio DeLuca pulling him out of the ring. AJ looked around stunned as the fans booed.
Gemma Foster: AJ had this match won but Gio DeLuca is out here to be a thorn in his side once again!
AJ started to chase Gio around the ring. DeLuca tried to escape through the crowd but Jenkynz was able to grab him and pull him back. Jenkynx rocked DeLuca with a discus lariat and got the crowd fired up. He started to climb back into the ring and was hit clean in the head with a chair shot by Manic! Jenkynx dropped to his knees and Manic delivered the Splitting Headache (Bicycle Knee Strike). She rolled him up for a pin and picked up the victory.
WINNER: Manic via pinfall @ 11:34
Manic smiled into the camera as she crawled towards it. The lights went out and came back up as she had vanished before sending us to commercial.
Veronica Taylor Vs. Harper Blake
It was time for the next match and Harper Blake made her entrance first. She made her way down and climbed inside. Veronica Taylor was out next and took her time making her way down as she kept posing for the camera. She walked around the ring and finally climbed inside. The referee called for the bell and Blake charged but Taylor stuck her body through the middle and top rope, saying she wasn’t ready. Blake tried to approach but the referee got her to stop, only for Taylor to poke her in the eyes with the referee’s back turned. She tried to roll up Blake right away and got one as she popped up. Blake tried to stand and was sent into the corner. Taylor kicked Blake to the ground and started to choke her with her boot. The referee broke it up with a five count, Taylor breaking at four. She spotted the camera and posed for it.
Gemma Foster: Veronica Taylor making sure to get that face time and show off.
Blake climbed to her feet and approached Taylor and pulled her in for a headlock. Blake took Taylor down with a Russian leg sweep. She quickly pulled Taylor up and tried to lock in a chickenwing but Taylor swung her elbow backwards and cracked Blake in the temple. Taylor rolled Blake up and grabbed a handful of tights for leverage and got a sneaky win!
WINNER: Veronica Taylor via pinfall @ 5:29
Taylor quickly rolled out of the ring as Blake grabbed her head and yelled at the referee.
Gemma Foster: Veronica Taylor steals this one!
Travis Levitt Vs. Austin Scott
We came back from the commercial break as Austin Scott stood in the ring. Travis Levitt came out and didn’t waste much time walking down. He climbed inside and it was clear both of these men were ready to fight. They met in the center of the ring and started to trash talk each other. Scott made the first strike with a big right hand. Levitt came right back with an European uppercut. Both men smiled and went back and forth with their strikes. Scott landed three right hands in a row but was then rocked with a spinning backfist. Levitt landed a forearm to the face and then a discus lariat. He ran the ropes and hit another lariat. Scott stumbled backwards and ducked under Levitt as he looked for another lariat and delivered a big German suplex. Scott and Levitt met in the center of the ring again and Scott delivered a swinging neckbreaker. Levitt got to his feet and Scott lifted him onto his shoulders. Levitt slipped off his shoulders and pushed Scott over the top rope.
Gemma Foster: Travis getting some separation here by getting Austin out of the ring.
Levitt went after Scott and the two battled around the ring. Levitt kept landing hard lariats on Scott as he followed him around the ring. Scott turned and lifted Levitt up and down with a spinebuster on the floor!
Gemma Foster: Levitt just bounced off the floor out in front of my table!
Scott rolled in and out of the ring to break up the count and moved back to Levitt. He pulled him to his feet and looked at the announce table and smiled. He started to set up for his Law and Order (Pumphandle Slam) but Levitt was able to get free. He landed a kick to the gut of Scott and delivered Renee’s Rise (Double Underhook Brainbuster)! Scott was out cold and Levitt rolled into the ring and the referee made it to ten on his count.
WINNER: Travis Levitt via countout @ 12:09
Levitt had his hand raised as trainers checked on Scott.
JohnnyPromoRetired?
We come back from commercial and the song ‘Subtle Hustle’ by Clutch is fading out and Johnny is standing in the middle of the ring in his street clothes and holding a microphone, Hoodie Ninjas all around the ring in case the Untethered Empire decide to make an appearance. Johnny has a bag with him. It’s been a long time since the crowd heard the familiar promo opener from Johnny…
JOHNNY MAVERICK: Good evening Ladies and Gentlemen and every other beautiful and wonderful varietal of human. Friends, neighbors, and your neighbor’s friends. Fellow glorious vibrations in the mind of the one true God whose name is Love... My name...is Johnny Maverick.
Johnny pauses for a brief ‘Welcome Back’ chant from the crowd and respectfully bows to the crowd..
JOHNNY MAVERICK: As much as your praise fills my heart… you all probably have a question and I guess it is time for me to answer it. I know multiple times now I have teased that… I might be done. That it might finally be time to give up, surrender, and relent.
The crowd does not react positively to this.
JOHNNY MAVERICK: And as much as I love you all I also can not deny the feeling that this… does not excite me anymore. I can stick around and keep stacking championship belts and divorces…
The crowd laughs.
JOHNNY MAVERICK: But ultimately the belts mean less and less… so I guess my answer is... Look I’m going to be honest when I came back a few weeks ago I knew my dad was going to offer me a spot in the Untethered Empire…and I told myself I would decide in the moment. It was never a definite ‘no’ until I denied it because I thought maybe… being Untethered would be that new thing. That new moment that would recapture how this sport used to make me feel but there’s good news and bad news…. The bad news is I looked at the pocket square in my dad’s hand and I felt….nothing. I’d be another cog in my fathers machine of ego but the good news is… I realized what I wanted to do. So… I guess.
A pause. Johnny opens the bag and takes out his wrestling boots as well as the ‘I’m Johnny Maverick’ World Championship. He drops to a knee and looks ready to set everything down until… ‘The Empire Strikes First’ by Bad Religion begins playing and Johnny drops his mic, immediately ready to throw down. Daniel emerges from the entrance way and stands at the top of the ramp, glaring pure hatred at his son in the ring… a Hoodie Ninja rushes into the ring from the outside seemingly to back Johnny up but Johnny holds up a hand to calm them down before facing his father gain, motioning for the Ninjas to make a path so Daniel can come have a taste…
And then… the Ninja in the ring with Johnny knocks him out COLD with a haymaker, then tosses a pair of brass knicks aside. The Hoodie Ninjas outside the ring all take off their hoodies to reveal the matching vest and tie combo of the Untethered ‘Pawns’ and the one in the ring unmasks to reveal Reverend Martin West.
The crowd boos as Daniel steps into the ring. He removes his jacket and rolls up his sleeves as the Pawns all help Johnny to his feet…. And Daniel is quick to spike his son on his head with the Twist of Cain.
The crowd showers Daniel with boos as he looks down at his son with disgust, blood pouring from a wound Martin opened in Johnny's head. Martin slaps Johnny awake and holds his head up so he can see Daniel.
DANIEL DAEMON: You think after all your talk about never relenting that you just get to leave without someone breaking you? That’s not how this works.
Daniel holds up the IJM Championship so Johnny can see it clearly…as in an incredible display of strength Daniel tears the faceplate right off of the leather. He then hands it to Martin who places it under Johnny's head and Martin let’s Johnny go so his head can just fall back.
DANIEL DAEMON: I’ve taken your identity. I’ve taken your pride. I’ve taken your ego… and all that’s left is just… to break you physically. Then you can go.
Daniel looks down at his son and then… with a sickening sound he stomps his head directly on the IJM faceplate. The audience groans and then there is an eerie quiet.
Johnny isn’t moving.
DANIEL DAEMON: Now you can enjoy your retirement, son. Take care.
Daniel motions for the Untethered Empire to follow as he leaves and we cut to commercial as medical staff rushes to the ring, passing Daniel who has no emotion on his face.
COMING SOON TO PPV
SEPTEMBER 15th and 16th, 2023
FM Young Vs. Serena Riot
Gemma Foster: Here we go! It’s main event time!
The crowd popped as FM Young came out first and looked around the Warehouse with a smile. She pointed out to the crowd and made her way down to the ring. She rolled inside and jumped to her feet. She stretched and rolled her neck as she moved around the ring to get ready. When "We Own The Night" By Hollywood Undead started to play, the crowd popped and got back to their feet. Serena Riot appeared on the stage and took in the Warehouse as the lights flashed on her. She made her way down to the ring and climbed inside. The jumped onto the middle rope in the middle of the ring and leaned over, firing up the fans. We got a shot of Lacy Nelson watching the match about to start backstage.
Gemma Foster: This is a huge moment for Serena Riot. She’s here to make Empire Wrestling her home and has a lot to prove as she’s coming out of retirement. That said, FM Young is looking to welcome her to the Warehouse.
The bell rang and Serena looked around the Warehouse and smiled as the fans cheered. Young gave an approving nod as she walked over to the center of the ring. Serena met her and they shared a few words. They locked up and Riot tried to power Young into the ropes but Young had that advantage and pushed her away. Serena tried again but was pushed away. She had to quickly duck a haymaker from Young and ran the ropes. She ducked under a back elbow and kept running. She ducked a clothesline and kept running. Young turned around and was taken down with a massive spear! Riot jumped onto Young and landed a series of punches and jumped to her feet. Young climbed up to her feet and Riot hit a big lariat. Young chuckled and shook it off. Riot hit the ropes and ran into a big spinebuster. Young pulled Riot to her feet and pulled her into position for a powerbomb. Riot popped the fans as she countered with a hurricanrana and jumped to her feet. She turned and was taken down with a cutter out of nowhere!
Gemma Foster: Back and forth they go!
Young rolled Riot into a cover and Riot kicked out at one and looked around, stunned. Young yanked her up to her feet and tossed her into the corner. Young landed blows to the ribs of Riot and then sent her across the ring to the opposite corner. Young charged and hit a big corner splash and pulled Riot out before delivering a neckbreaker. Young slowly pulled Riot up to her feet and lifted Riot above her head before connecting with Stand Alone Complex (Elevated gutbuster). Riot grabbed her ribs and Young went for a cover for only two.
Gemma Foster: FM Young showing Serena Riot why she’s a multiple time World Champion and has been one of the biggest names in Empire Wrestling.
Young called for the end of the match and pulled Riot up. She wanted to connect with her Heart of a Phoenix (Lumbar Check) but Riot countered into a bulldog! Riot got to her feet and quickly spiked Young down with a DDT. Young powered to her feet and started to charge at Riot and Riot hit her with the Bitch Go BOOM (Literally just pushes her opponent with both of her hands, sending them flying across the ring. Often done when opponent is running at Serena)! Riot was fired up and Young started to stand. Riot started to charge at Young and ran into Young’s Man-Machine Interface (Discus Clothesline)! Riot was flipped inside out and staggered to her feet. Young hit a second Man-Machine Interface and dropped Riot to the mat. Young went into a cover and got two before Riot kicked out. Young stood and looked around as the fans cheered.
Gemma Foster: Serena Riot does not want to stay down!
Young hit the ropes and looked for a running senton but Riot got her knees up into the back of Young. Riot got to her feet and charged as Young stood and took her down with a slingblade. Both were quickly up and Riot pulled Young in before hitting her with a headlock driver! Young was down and Riot got to her feet. She saw an opening and hit Young with Wicked Ways (Curb Stomp)! She covered Young and got a close two count as Young just kicked out in time. Riot quickly pulled Young up and looked for Psychosis (Cradle Piledriver) but Young hit a backdrop to counter. Riot got up and Young ducked behind her and delivered a German suplex. Young dug down deep and made it to the corner and delivered her Negasonic Warhead (Starship Pain)! She covered and Riot once again kicked out at two. Young was shocked and looked around. She tried to pull Riot up and Riot pulled her down for a small package for two!
Gemma Foster: Serena almost had that!
Riot got to her feet and speared Young into the corner. She pulled her in and hit a running bulldog. Riot was started to feel it as she screamed out to the fans. “I AM THAT BITCH!” and they responded “FROM THE 216!”. Riot looked for a second Wicked Ways but Young popped up and hit a big spear! Riot was pulled to her feet and Young grabbed her by the hair. Young sent Riot into the corner and followed after her. She lifted her to the top and the two exchanged blows on the top ropes as the fans came to theirs. Riot tried to lock in some sort of cobra clutch on the top, possibly for a cobra clutch slam off the top. Young also had her arm up and jumped as Riot hit her slam and Young hit a cutter from the top!
Gemma Foster: They’re both down!
The referee started his count and both stirred. Riot got to her feet first and Young was soon after. They went back and forth on blows as the fans cheered. Young looked for Man-Machine Interface but this time, Riot ducked it. Riot kicked Young in the gut and delivered her Psychosis (Cradle Piledriver)! Riot couldn’t capitalize at first and laid there. She started to crawl over and just as she covered, the bell rang and the fans were confused.
AS A RESULT OF A 30 MINUTE TIME LIMIT, THIS MATCH IS A DRAW
Both competitors laid there as the fans cheered them on but were hoping for a winner. Riot pulled herself up into the ropes and just smiled.
Gemma Foster: Serena Riot may not have won but she just went 30 minutes with a two time EW World Champion and forced a draw. With all the storylines going into this match and with how this one just ended, I’d say the tension between the two is just going to ramp up.
Young rolled out of the ring and just gave Riot a look, Riot pointing out to the fans as we went off air.
Gemma Foster: Speaking of Lacy Nelson. Tonight we hear from her as she promises an update on her future. We also have a return to action tonight with one half of the Tag Team Champions competing tonight, Ronnie North. That and more so let’s get right into the action -
