Ollie Maverick

“They definitely need to be colorful. Green and Pink? I’m thinking green and pink.” Ollie says to his pet raccoon, Rocket. Rocket looks at the pink and green markers in Ollie’s hands dubiously.

“Not really sold on it, huh? I want the colors to pop! Mine and Johnny’s tag team titles need to be perfect or else we won’t be taken seriously.” Ollie says. Rocket looks at the two cardboard belts Ollie had been working on before grabbing a blue marker and a yellow one, extending them to Ollie with his little raccoon hands.

“Ooh, that could work!” Ollie says, he looks up and notices the cameraman who had filmed Johnny’s earlier video and smiles and waves.

“Oh hi there! I’m in the middle of my new project that is totally secret. How long were you filming?” Ollie asks. Ollie waits for a response.

“Ah, it’s probably alright. Anywho, I figured I’d address my opponents Kayla and Ash! Hi! How are you? Neat! My name is Ollie. I like video games, I have an adorable pet raccoon, and some weird girl who I’m pretty sure is talking me runs a Tumblr page dedicated entirely to my abs! I’m the man with moves so slick you’d swear he was using a Game Genie! I have two kids from my previous marriage and they’re super great! I’m single! I eat more gummy candy than is probably healthy! I kick really hard! I’m really into cosplay! I took a picture of a seagull yesterday! This bit is going on for too long!” Ollie says, smiling through that whole overlong introduction.

“I’m really thinking about Pink and Green again.” Ollie says to Rocket who just lays down, apparently done with this debate.

“What?! I’ve been on a Splatoon kick recently and I’ve always really liked green and…” Ollie says before remembering the cameraman.

“Right. Ash and Kayla. I want the both of you to know that just because Johnny and I are looking to get a tag team division going here that we aren’t planning on slouching in the singles department. I’ve been putting up some solid W’s since Empire opened its doors once again and I don’t plan on slowing down. So when it comes to putting on amazing displays of Flip-awesomery and Face-kickery? Ollie Maverick is still your go-to guy. Also, as an aside to anyone out there playing Overwatch? JUST STAY ON THE PAYLOAD! HOW HARD IS THAT!?” Ollie says. He’d been trying to teach his brother the game recently and boy was it frustrating.

“Uhhh….that’s all I can think of to say so until next time, remember to brush your teeth, keep your personal space clean and I can’t stress this enough STAY ON THE DAMN PAYLOAD!” Ollie says, reiterating his point from earlier.
